المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف مدى امتلاكا مدرسي مادة العلوم للمرحلة المتوسطة للكفايات التدريسية وعلاقتها بالتعلم الذاتي لدى الطلبة للعام الدراسي (2022 -2023)، مما وجب على الباحثتان ببناء أدوات البحث بعد الاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة فقامتا بتطوير مقياس للكفايات التدريسية حيث تكون من 28 فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات هي التخطيط، مجال التنفيذ، ومجال التقويم أما مقياس التعلم الذاتي فتكون من (20) فقرة واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي ومن النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث تمتع مدرسي مادة العلوم للمرحلة المتوسطة للكفايات التدريسية، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لدى مدرسي مادة العلوم (93,43) والانحراف المعياري قدرة (33,10) فيما كان الوسط الفرضي (84) وعند مقارنة المتوسط الحسابي لعينة البحث بالمتوسط الفرضي للمقياس وباستخدام الاختبار التائي ظهر أن القيمة التائية المحسوبة (2,19) وهي أكبر من القيمة الجدولية (1,67) وتشير تلك النتيجة إنها دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0,05)، وكذلك وجود فروق ذو دلالة إحصائية وفقا للكفايات التدريسية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) في متغير الجنس ذكور، إناث ولصالح المدرسين إذ ظهر المتوسط الحسابي لدى مدرسين مادة العلوم (103,00) أما المدرسات (83,87)، ومن نتائج البحث أيضا امتلاك طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة للتعلم الذاتي، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة (355) والانحراف المعياري قدرة (11,49) فيما كان الوسط الفرضي (40) وعند مقارنة المتوسط الحسابي لعينة البحث بالمتوسط الفرضي للمقياس وباستخدام الاختبار التائي ظهر أن القيمة التائية المحسوبة (3,01) وهي اكبر من القيمة الجدولية (1,67) وتشير تلك النتيجة إنها دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) وكذلك توجد فروق ذو دلالة إحصائية وفقا للتعلم الذاتي ولصالح الطالبات إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للطالبات (40,33)، أما العلاقة الارتباطية التي يمتلكها مدرسي العلوم للمرحلة المتوسطة والتعلم الذاتي لدى الطلبة فكانت جيدة وطردية إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للكفايات التدريسية (33,10) أما المتوسط الحسابي للتعلم الذاتي (11,49) أي أن كلما كانت الكفايات التدريسية لدى المدرسين عالية كلما زاد تحفيز الطلبة للتعلم الذاتي في ضوء ذلك أوصت الباحثتان الاهتمام بالمدرسين النموذجيين وتكوين برنامج تبادل الخبرات بين المدارس النموذجية والاعتيادية بين فترة وأخرى و استخدام الوسائل التدريسية الحديثة التي تساعد الطلبة على التعلم الذاتي والعطاء واجبات منزلية وحث الطلبة على استخدام الإنترنيت لزيادة المعلومات لديهم.

The current research aims to find out the extent to which science teachers in the intermediate stage possess teaching competencies and their relationship to self-learning among students for the academic year (2022-2023), which required the two researchers to build research tools after reviewing previous relevant studies, so they built a measure of teaching competencies It consists of 28 items distributed over three areas: planning, implementation, and evaluation. As for the self-learning scale, it consists of (20) items. The arithmetic mean of science teachers is (93.43) and the standard deviation is (33.10), while the hypothetical mean was (84). When comparing the arithmetic mean of the research sample with the hypothetical mean of the scale and using the t-test, it appeared that the calculated t-value was (2.19), which is greater of the tabular value (1.67), and this result indicates that it is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05), as well as the presence of statistically significant differences according to the teaching competencies at the level of significance (0.05) in the gender variable (male, female) and in favor of teachers The arithmetic mean of science teachers appeared (103.00), while for female teachers it was (83.87), and among the results of the research also the middle school students’ possession of self-learning, as the arithmetic mean of middle school students was (35.5) and the standard deviation was (11). While the hypothetical mean was (40), and when comparing the arithmetic mean of the research sample with the hypothetical mean of the scale and using the t-test, it appeared that the calculated t-value was (3.01), which is greater than the tabular value (1.67), and this result indicates that it is statistically significant at the level of Significance (0.05), as well as there are statistically significant differences according to self-learning and in favor of the students, as the arithmetic average of the students reached (40.33), while the correlation that the science teachers possess for the intermediate stage and self-learning among the students was good and direct, as the arithmetic average of the teaching competencies reached (33.10), while the arithmetic mean for self-learning was (11.49), meaning that the higher the teachers' teaching competencies, the greater the students' motivation for self-learning. In light of this, the two researchers recommended paying attention to model teachers and creating a program for exchanging experiences between typical and regular schools from time to time, and using modern teaching aids that help students to self-learning, giving homework, and urging students to use the Internet to increase their information.
