درجة توافر الكفايات التقنية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم التربية الرياضية بجامعة البحرين

المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى "درجة توافر الكفايات التقنية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم التربية الرياضية بجامعة البحرين" وذلك من خلال التعرف على درجة توافر كفايات استخدام الحاسوب وشبكة الإنترنت وكفايات تصميم وبناء وإدارة المقررات الإلكترونية وكفايات طرق واستراتيجيات التدريس الإلكترونية وكفايات عملية التواصل الإلكترونية وكفايات التقويم الإلكتروني والفروق في درجة توافر الكفايات التقنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم التربية الرياضية. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وذلك لتحقيق أهداف وتساؤلات الدراسة، وقد تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم في قسم التربية الرياضية بجامعة البحرين وبلغ عددهم ٢٦ عضو. وقد أسفرت النتائج في التعرف على درجة توافر الكفايات التقنية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم التربية الرياضية بجامعة البحرين حيث تم تصميم مقياس للكفايات التقنية بعدد (٥٦) عبارة، بواقع (۹) للكفايات الأساسية لاستخدام الحاسوب (۸) لكفايات استخدام شبكة الإنترنت (۸) لكفايات تصميم وبناء المقررات الإلكترونية، (۹) لكفايات إدارة المقررات الإلكترونية، (۱۰) لكفايات طرق واستراتيجيات التدريس الإلكترونية، (٥) لكفايات عملية التواصل الإلكترونية، (۷) لكفايات التقويم الإلكترونية، وبلغت العبارات التي توافرت بدرجة كبيرة جدا (٢٦) بنسبة (46.4%)، والعبارات التي توافرت بدرجة كبيرة (٣٠) بنسبة (53.6%)، وجاءت الكفايات الأساسية لاستخدام الحاسوب في المرتبة الأولى. وعليه يوصي الباحث بضرورة الاستفادة من قائمة الكفايات التقنية التي تم التوصل إليها لتقييم وتنمية كفايات أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتركيز الاهتمام على تدريب وتطوير أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكفايات التقنية بصورة فعالة، وإجراء الدراسات بشكل مستمر لمواكبة التطورات والتحديث المستمر لمقاييس الكفايات التقنية بما يتناسب مع العصر الحديث.

This research aims to recognize "the degree of availability of technical competencies among faculty members in the Department of Physical Education at the University of Bahrain" by identifying the degree of availability of the following competencies "using the computer and the Internet, designing, building and managing electronic courses, virtual teaching methods and strategies, virtual communication process and the competencies of electronic evaluation". Furthermore, it focuses on determining the differences in the degree of availability of the technical competencies among the faculty members in the Department of PE. The descriptive survey method was chosen to achieve the objectives and to answer the questions of the study. The sample was chosen by the intentional method from the faculty members and their assistants in the Department of PE at the University of Bahrain, and they were 26 members. The results of the study identified the degree of availability of the technical competencies among faculty members in the Department of PE at the University of Bahrain, where a scale of technical competencies was designed with (56) items, with (9) basic competencies for computer use, (8) competencies for Internet use,(8) for the competencies of designing and building electronic courses, (9) competencies for managing electronic courses, (10) for the competencies of virtual teaching methods and strategies, (5) for the competencies of the virtual communication process, (7) for the competencies of electronic evaluation. The phrases that were available to a very large extent were (26) with a rate of (46.4%), and the phrases that were available to a large extent (30) with a rate of (53.6%). The basic competencies for computer use came in the first place. Accordingly, the researcher recommends the need to take advantage of the list of technical competencies that have been reached to evaluate and develop the competencies of the faculty members, and focus attention on training and developing faculty members in technical competencies effectively through conducting studies continuously to keep pace with developments and continuous updating of the technical competencies in line with the modern era.
