المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث تعرف فاعلية برنامج تدريبي إلكتروني مقترح على وفق الاحتياجات التدريبية في تنمية الكفايات المهنية الإلكترونية والتنور العلمي والاتجاه نحو تكنولوجيا التعليم لدى مدرسي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الإعدادية؛ لذا اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لبناء البرنامج التدريبي، والمنهج التجريبي لتطبيقه على عينة البحث البالغ حجمها (۱۰) مدرسين؛ وبهدف تحقيق أهداف بحثه أعد الباحث اختبارًا تحصيليا تألف من (۳۰) فقرة؛ لقياس الجانب المعرفي من الكفايات المهنية، وبطاقة ملاحظة تألفت من (٢٦) مهارة؛ لقياس الجانب الأدائي منها، وتبنى مقياسا للتنور العلمي تألف من (٦٥) فقرة، وبنى مقياسا للاتجاه نحو تكنولوجيا التعليم، تألف من (۲۲) فقرة. وبعد التثبت من صلاحيتها طبقها على عينة البحث قبليا وبعديا، وعند معاملة البيانات إحصائيا، باستعمال اختبار (ولكوكسن، ومعادلة جوجيان)؛ لمعرفة دلالة الفروق بين التطبيقين، توصل الباحث إلى: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمصلحة التطبيق البعدي للأدوات البحث جميعها، فضلا عن توافر ارتباط عال بين درجات عينة البحث في أدوات البحث، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصى الباحث بضرورة توعية المدرسين بأهمية التدريب المستمر، أو ما يُعرف بـ(التنمية المهنية المستدامة)، وتشجيعهم على التنور علميا من طريق مواكبة المستجدات التربوية لاسيما في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم.

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed electronic training program according to the training needs in developing electronic professional competencies, scientific enlightenment, and the trend towards educational technology among Arabic language teachers in the preparatory stage. Therefore, the researcher followed two approaches to the experimental research, namely (the analytical descriptive approach to build the training program, and the experimental approach to apply it to the research sample of (10) teachers. With the aim of achieving the objectives of his research, the researcher prepared an achievement test consisting of (30) items: to measure the cognitive aspect of professional competencies, and a credit card. A note consisting of (26) skills: to measure the performance aspect of it, and to adopt a measure of scientific enlightenment consisting of (65) items, and to build a measure of the attitude towards educational technology consisting of (22) items. When treating the data statistically, using the test (Wilcoxon, and the Goujian equation) to find out the significance of the differences between the two applications, the researcher concluded that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the post-application of all the research tools, in addition to the availability of a high correlation between the scores of the research sample in the two tools, and in the light of the results The research recommended the need to educate teachers about the importance of continuous appreciation, or what is known as (sustainable professional development), and encourage them to enlighten themselves scientifically by keeping up with educational developments, especially in the field of educational technology.
