|b This research is seeking to explore the impact of organizational justice components on employees social loafing on Tanta University faculties, This research has started with a literature review, followed by conducting an applied study including a sample of 262 employees in some faculties of Tanta University who involved in collective work groups in the form of committees. By using Pearson Correlation and Regression, the research findings indicated a significant negative impact of the components of organizational justice on the occurrence of social loafing.
