المستخلص: انطلاقا من الارتباط الوثيق بين التحول الرقمي ومواكبة متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وهو ما يتطلب ضرورة أن يستوعب التعليم الجامعي آفاق تلك الثورة الصناعية، والتوافق والتكيف مع معطياتها بمنظومة تعليمية متكاملة، وبسلم تعليمي مرن ومتنوع؛ بحيث يفتح أمام الأجيال أبواب التعليم المستمر، ويستكشف معهم آلاف التخصصات الدقيقة التي يحفل بها العصر الرقمي الجديد. لذا استهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة واقع إدارة التحول الرقمي بجامعة المنيا في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن التحول الرقمي للجامعة أصبح ضرورة حتمية فرضتها متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وإيمانا بأن التعليم الجامعي له دور كبير في الارتقاء بالفرد وقيمه ومهاراته لمواكبة ما تشهده المجتمعات من تحولات تكنولوجية سريعة، فإن الثورة الصناعية الرابعة ستحدث تغيرت جوهرية في أهداف وطريقة تعليم وتعلم الطلاب، بالإضافة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لإدارة التحول الرقمي بجامعة المنيا في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة.

Proceeding from the close link between digital transformation and keeping pace with the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which requires the need for university education to accommodate the prospects of that industrial revolution, compatibility and adaptation with its data with an integrated educational system, and a flexible and diverse educational ladder; So that it opens the doors of continuing education for generations, and explores with them the thousands of delicate disciplines that the new digital age is full of. Therefore, the current research aimed to study the reality of digital transformation management at Minya University in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The research used the descriptive approach, and the results of the research concluded that the digital transformation of the university has become an inevitable necessity imposed by the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and in the belief that university education has a major role in upgrading the individual, his values and skills to keep pace with the rapid technological transformations that societies are witnessing, the Fourth Industrial Revolution will bring about fundamental changes. In the objectives and method of teaching and learning of students, in addition to developing a proposed vision for managing digital transformation at Minia University in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
