هدف البحث إلى معرفة قدرة المستشفى على سرعة التحول إلى العيادات الافتراضية، وتقبل المجتمع السعودي للتحول الإلكتروني وسهولة التعامل معه، معرفة رضا المستفيدين من العيادات الافتراضية، وكذلك معرفة أراء المشغلين للعيادات الافتراضية (الأطباء/ التمريض/ الإداريين) عن أداء العمل عن بعد ومدى تقبل المستفيدين له وإمكانية الاستمرار في عمل العيادات الافتراضية مستقبلاً بعد انتهاء الجائحة، ومعرفة أثر استخدام العيادات الافتراضية بالتخفيف من الازدحام في مستشفى الملك فهد للقوات المسلحة بجدة، ومعرفة مدى موثوقية وأمان تقديم العلاج عن بعد. سوف يستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتناسبه مع موضوع الدراسة. ويتكون مجتمع البحث من (100) ألف فرد وسوف يتم اختيار عينه عشوائية ممثلة من العاملين في هذه المستشفى المشغلين للعيادات الافتراضية والمستفيدين من العيادات الافتراضية وهذه العينة تتكون من خمس تخصصات وظيفية هي (الأطباء، الإداريين، التمريض، الفنيين، المستفيدين). وسوف يتم بناء استبيان إلكتروني باستخدام برنامج Survey Monkey وإرسالها على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في العاملين في مستشفى الملك فهد للقوات المسلحة بجدة والمستفيدين من خدمات العيادات الافتراضية، وبعد توزيع رابط الاستبيان على أفراد العينة والتأكد من اكتمالها سيتم مراجعتها تمهيداً لتفريغ الاستبيانات الصالحة منها ومن ثم معالجتها إحصائياً.
The research aimed to know the hospital's ability to speed up the transition to virtual clinics, and the Saudi society's acceptance of electronic transformation and ease of dealing with it, Knowing the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the virtual clinics, as well as knowing the opinions of the operators of the virtual clinics (doctors / nurses / administrators) about the performance of remote work and the extent to which the beneficiaries accept it and the possibility of continuing the work of virtual clinics in the future after the end of the pandemic, and knowing the impact of using virtual clinics to reduce congestion at King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital in Jeddah, and knowing the reliability and safety of providing remote treatment. The researcher will use the descriptive analytical approach to suit the subject of study. The research community consists of (100) will be selected randomly and individuals thousand representative of the workers in this hospital operating virtual clinics and beneficiaries of virtual clinics and this sample consists of five functional specialties (doctors, administrators, nursing, technicians, beneficiaries). An electronic questionnaire will be built using the Survey Monkey program and sent to the study sample represented by the employees of King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital in Jeddah and the beneficiaries of the virtual clinic services, and the distribution of the questionnaire link to the sample members and ensuring its completeness will be reviewed in preparation for emptying the valid questionnaires from them and then processing them statistically.
