المستخلص: Considering the important role that artificial intelligence has become in its ability to create value for consumers employees, and organizations, interest in it has increased more in terms of its relationship to human resource management, which seems at first glance to be inconsistent with it, and that artificial intelligence may replace humans in the future, but what we concluded is that artificial intelligence came to help people, not to replace them and make decisions about them, and this is how technology is, and it was found to be a tool for assistance, not an end. This is discussed in detail in this article as our study provides valuable insights into the relationship between artificial intelligence and human resource management, It attempts to discuss the applications of Artificial Intelligence in human resource management, its benefits, and its challenges.
