المستخلص: This modest study attempted to shed light on a very important topic, which is digitization and its impact on human resources management. This sector, like other public sectors, has adopted digitization to facilitate the work of providing its public services to individuals, as it is a tool for civilizational and technological progress. It has thus facilitated its tasks and gotten rid of many of the factors that were the cause of the backwardness of human resources management and its ineffectiveness in terms of service quality and speed of provision. Therefore, the concept of digitization has been linked to development and improvement in the process of providing services, which is the future of management in general and public administration in particular.
