المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث قادح النقض وتطبيقاته عند الإمام القرافي- رحمه الله- في "الذخيرة"، ويعد النقض- وهو تخلف الحكم مع وجود العلة- من أهم الاعتراضات على العلة، وأكثرها ورودها في المناظرات، ولهذا جعله بعض الأصوليين في طليعة الاعتراضات، وقد استخدمه القرافي كثيرا في "الذخيرة" للقدح على أدلة المخالفين، ومن هنا جاء هذا البحث لدراسة النقض عنده مع ذكر نماذج من تطبيقاته في "الذخيرة"، وبيان صحة القدح فيها بالنقض أو عدمها، ومن أهم أهداف هذا البحث: بيان رأي القرافي في النقض، وكيفية دفعه، وتوظيفه له في مناقشة أدلة المخالفين في "الذخيرة"، وإضافة بحث أصولي مستقل في تطبيقات قادح النقض في "الذخيرة"، وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وتمهيد وفصلين، وخاتمة، وفي الفصل الأول الدراسة التأصيلية للنقض، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث، وفي الفصل الثاني نماذج من تطبيقات النقض في الذخيرة، وفيه سبعة مباحث، ومن أهم نتائجه: أن تعريف النقض بأنه (وجود المستلزم بدون المستلزم) يشمل جميع أنواعه، وأن القرافي يرى أن النقض لا يبطل العلة إذا كان لدليل معارض، ويرى أن دفعه إما بمنع وجود العلة، أو بمنع تخلف الحكم، ومن الموضوعات الجديرة بالدراسة في الذخيرة: تطبيقات القوادح الأخرى، وتطبيقات دفع الاعتراضات.

This research paper deals with Qadih Al-Naqd and its applications in accordance to the views of Imam Al-Qarāfī in his book Adh-Dhkhīrah. Invalidation (An-Naqdh) is the delay or lack of existence of a ruling while the reason is there, and this is considered to be one of the most substantial arguments that stands in the forefront of reason, and is very common during debates. Due to this, some of the scholars of usool al-fiqh put it in the very beginning of the many objections against reason. Al- Qarāfi used it plentiful in Adh-Dhkhīrah to refute the proofs of his opposers. This research paper has examined An-Naqdh in regards to his views, while mentioning plenty of examples on how he applied it in his book Adh-Dhkhīrah, and noting how correct these applications were. From the most important goalsof this research paper is to show al-Qarafi’s opinion in regards to an-Naqdh, how he deflected it, and how he applied it with respect to the argumentation of the evidences of the opposers in his book Adh-Dhkhīrah, and to add an autonomous usooli research paper in regards to the application of Qadih Al-Naqd specifically from adh-Dhakheerah. I have categorized the paper into the following: a preface, an introduction, two chapters, and a summary. The first chapter consists of a detailed study of Al-Naqd, and the second chapter consists of practical applications of Al-Naqd that are found within Adh-Dhkhīrah, and this consists of seven studies, and from its most important results are the following: the definition of Al-Naqd it is the existence of the requirement without what actually necessitates it, and it encompasses all of its different types. Al-Qarafi doesn’t view that Al-Naqd nullifies the cause if it’s due to an opposing proof. Al-Qarafi also views that Al-Naqd can be deflected by proving the reason doesn’t exist in a particular ruling, or by proving that if the reasoning is there then the ruling will be as well. Also, from the very important topics that should be studied and researched in Adh-Dhkhīrah is: practical applications of the qawaadih and applications of reflecting the objections.
