The present research aimed at enhancing pre-school students’ pronunciation skills. This was achieved through using a mobile application-based on the Jolly Phonics method. To fulfill the purpose of the research, two instruments were designed and used. First, a speaking skills checklist was designed to identify the speaking skills that pre-school EFL children would need to develop. Second, a pre-post speaking test for assessing the speaking skills of the pre-school EFL children, using a speaking rubric for scoring pre-school EFL children's answers was developed. The research adopted the quasi-experimental design. The participants were two groups of pre-school EFL children (n= 70) selected from (Kindergarten stage K.G2, male and female, between 6 to 7 years old) were enrolled in Qallin Distinguished Language School . the experimental group was taught the specified content using a mobile application based on Jolly Phonics method, while the control one was taught by the traditional method. Results revealed that there is no significant difference between the experimental group's posttest scores and those of control one on (the pronunciation skill) at the 0.05 level of significance. These results showed that the Mobile Application-Based on the Jolly Phonics method had a great impact on developing pronunciation skills among pre-school EFL children.
