المستخلص: يعد تحليل أسباب الإعاقة من الأمور المهمة المتعلقة بدراسة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، فهناك أسباب متعددة تسهم في حدوث حالات الإعاقة، وتختلف هذه الأسباب من منطقة لأخرى، وتواجه ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في مدينة الناصرية مشكلات اجتماعية مختلفة، ومن أهم المشكلات الاجتماعية هو المشكلات الأسرية، إذ تعد الأسرة عنصرا هاما من عناصر البيئة الاجتماعية التي يعيش فيه المعوق، بل وتعد أهم عناصرها، لما تؤديه من دور أساسي في بناء صورة الذات لديه وفي بناء شخصيته ككل ولا سيما في جانبها النفسي والاجتماعي، كما يواجه فئات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة العديد من المشكلات التعليمية مثل عدم توفر مدارس خاصة وكافية للمعاقين على اختلاف أنواعهم، إضافة إلى ذلك يعد الترويح من الأنشطة الهامة في حياة الفرد المعاق، لكونه يسهم في إيجاد فرص التفاعل بين الأفراد والجماعات وتوثيق العلاقات والروابط بينهم في جو يتميز بالمرح والسرور والبعد عن المشكلات والرسميات، كما يعاني فئات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من مشكلات اجتماعية أخرى تتمثل في المشكلات النفسية كالقلق والتوتر والانفعال وغيرها من السمات التي تكون عامة لدى فئات أخرى من منهم.

Analyzing the causes of disability is one of the important matters related to the study of people with special needs. There are multiple reasons that contribute to the occurrence of disability cases, and these reasons differ from one region to another, People with special needs in the city of Nasiriyah face various social problems, and one of the most important social problems is the family problems, as the family is an important element of the social environment in which the disabled person lives, and is even considered the most important element, because of the essential role it plays in building his self-image and in building His personality as a whole, especially in its psychological and social aspect, and the categories of people with special needs face many educational problems such as the lack of special and adequate schools for the disabled of all kinds, in addition to that, recreation is one of the important activities in the life of the disabled individual, as it contributes to creating opportunities for interaction between Individuals and groups and the closer relations and ties between them in an atmosphere characterized by fun and pleasure and away from problems and formalities, and the categories of people with special needs suffer from other social problems represented in psychological problems such as anxiety, tension, emotion and other features that are common to other groups of them.
