|a يواجه المغرب كباقي الدول من الوقائع الكارثية والآثار المترتبة عنها، وهو ما حذا به إلى البحث عن الوسائل الكفيلة لمواجهة هذه الآثار، ويبدو أن التأمين من الوسائل الناجعة للقيام بهذه المهمة، غير أن الصعوبات التي يرتطم بها في هذا الميدان جعلت كل دولة تبحث عن هندسة التغطية التي تلائم خصائصها. وعلى نهج الدول المتقدمة، قام المشرع المغربي بتنزيل القانون رقم 110.14 المتعلق بتغطية عواقب الوقائع الكارثية، مقدما بذلك إجابات وحلول للمعيقات التي يصطدم بها التأمين في هذا الميدان.
|b Catastrophic events are a major challenge for most countries, pushing them to find solutions to address them… While insurance appears to be the most effective means of fulfilling this mission, technical barriers could make it difficult to cover the risks associated with catastrophic events. Faced with this situation, each country has adopted its own coverage that perfectly meets their characteristics. In the case of Morocco, a coverage system was set up by Law no. 110.14 with the objective of presenting solutions to the obstacles characterizing the uninsurability of catastrophic events.
|d les événements catastrophiques représentent un défi de grande ampleur pour la plupart des pays, poussant ces derniers à trouver des solutions pour y faire face. Certes, si l’assurance semble être le moyen le plus efficace pour remplir cette mission, des obstacles d’ordre techniques pourraient rendre difficile la couverture des risques liés aux événements catastrophiques. Devant cette situation, chaque pays a adopté sa propre couverture qui répond parfaitement à leurs caractéristiques. S’agissant du Maroc, un système de couverture a été mis en place par la loi n° 110.14 ayant pour objectif de présenter des solutions aux obstacles caractérisant l’inassurabilité des événements catastrophiques.
