هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بحث العلاقة بين الكمالية العصابية وكل من الرهاب الاجتماعي واستراتيجيات تقديم الذات لدى طلاب الجامعة المتفوقين دراسيا، والتحقق من درجة إسهام الرهاب الاجتماعي واستراتيجيات تقديم الذات في التنبؤ بالكمالية العصابية. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (۱۰۰) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الكليات المختلفة بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز المتفوقين دراسيا (٥٨ طالبا- ٤٢ طالبة)، وتكونت أدوات الدراسة: من مقياس الكمالية العصابية من إعداد القريطي وآخرين (2015)، ومقياسي الرهاب الاجتماعي واستراتيجيات تقديم الذات من إعداد السمان (۲۰۱۹)، وتم التأكد من الكفاءة السيكومترية للمقاييس، وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقات دالة موجبة بين أبعاد الكمالية العصابية وأبعاد الرهاب الاجتماعي، ووجود علاقات دالة (موجبة- سالبة) بين أبعاد الكمالية العصابية واستراتيجيات تقديم الذات، ولم يكن لجميع أبعاد الرهاب الاجتماعي أي إسهام في التنبؤ بمكونات الكمالية العصابية، بينما ساهمت عديد من استراتيجيات تقديم الذات بنسب متفاوتة في التنبؤ بمكونات الكمالية العصابية.
The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between neurotic perfectionism and each of social phobia and self-presentation strategies among academically outstanding university students, and to verify the degree of contribution of social phobia and self-presentation strategies in predicting neurotic perfectionism. The study sample consisted of 100 students from different faculties at King Abdulaziz University who excelled academically (58 male - 42 female), and the study tools consisted of: The Neurotic Perfectionism Scale, prepared by Al-Quraiti and others (2015), and the Social Phobia Scale, and the scale of self-presentation strategies prepared by Ahmed Al-Samman (2019), and the psychometric efficiency of the scales was confirmed, and the results of the study showed the presence of significant positive relationships between the dimensions of neurotic perfectionism and the dimensions of social phobia, and the presence of significant relationships (positive - negative) between the dimensions of perfectionism Neuroticism and selfpresentation strategies, and all dimensions of social phobia did not have any contribution to predicting the components of neurotic perfectionism, while many self presentation strategies contributed to varying degrees in predicting the components of neurotic perfectionism.
