|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة المشكلات التي تواجه الطالبات المعلمات بكلية التربية (شعبة مخلاف) جامعة تعز أثناء التطبيق الميداني، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي (المسحي)، وبناء استبانة لقياس درجة حدة المشكلات، شملت مجالات خمسة: المشكلات المتعلقة بـ الكلية- والمدرسة المتعاونة- والمشرف الأكاديمي- والمعلم المتعاون- والطالبة المعلمة، وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (57) طالبة معلمة، منهن (37) في تخصص علوم القرآن (20) في تخصص اللغة الإنجليزية، أظهرت النتائج أن درجة حدة المشكلات التي تواجه الطالبات المعلمات أثناء التطبيق الميداني جاءت بدرجة متوسطة إجمالا فيما يخص المشكلات ككل، وفيما يخص المجالات الخمسة، وجاءت المشكلات المتعلقة بالمدرسة المتعاونة في الرتبة الأولى، تليها المشكلات المتعلقة بالكلية، فالمشكلات المتعلقة بالمشرف الأكاديمي، ثم المشكلات المتعلقة بالطالبة المعلمة، فيما جاءت المشكلات المتعلقة بالمعلم المتعاون في الرتبة الأخيرة، كما كشفت النتائج أن الطالبات المعلمات في تخصص اللغة الإنجليزية يواجهن مشكلات أقل من الطالبات المعلمات في قسم علوم القرآن، فيما يتعلق بالمشكلات إجمالا، وفيما يخص المشكلات المتعلقة بالكلية، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث مجموعة من الحلول الإجرائية، بالإضافة إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
|b The current research aimed to identify the problems facing female student teachers at the Faculty of Education (Mekhlaf branch) University of Taiz during field application. To achieve this aim, the descriptive (survey) method was used, and a questionnaire was built to measure the degree of severity of the problems, which included five dimensions: Problems related to: (the faculty- the cooperating school- the academic supervisor – the cooperating teacher- the student teacher), and after verifying its validity and reliability, it was applied to a random sample consisting of (57) female student teachers. including (37) in the Qur’anic sciences major and (20) in the English language major. The results revealed that the degree of severity of the problems facing the female student teachers during field application was moderate overall with regard to the problems a whole, and with regard to the five dimensions. The problems related to the cooperating school came in the first rank, followed by the problems related to the faculty, then the problems related to the academic supervisor, then the problems related to the female student teacher, while the problems related to the cooperating teacher came in the last rank. The results also revealed that female student teachers in the English language major face fewer problems than Female student teachers in the Qur’anic Sciences major during field application regarding the problem in general, and in the dimension of problems related to the faculty. In light of the research results, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations and suggestions.
