هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرّف المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة المعلمين في تخصص معلم الصف في الجامعة الهاشمية في فترة التطبيق الميداني. وتكونت عينة البحث من جميع الطلبة المعلمين المسجلين في مقرر التربية العملية (2) وعددهم (53) طالباً وطالبة. ولغايات البحث تمّ بناء استبانة اشتملت على (35) مشكلة موزعة على خمسة مجالات. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن أهم مشكلات التطبيق الميداني التي تواجه الطلبة المعلمين هي على الترتيب: المشكلات المتعلقة بالمدرسة المتعاونة، والإشراف على التربية العملية، وبرنامج التربية العملية، والمناهج الدراسية المقررة، وتلاميذ المدرسة المتعاونة. كما أظهرت النتائج أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات مشكلات التطبيق الميداني تعزى إلى جنس الطلبة ومعدلاتهم التراكمية. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث واستنتاجاته أوصى الباحث بعدد من الحلول لمواجهة مشكلات التطبيق الميداني بمجالاتها الخمسة، كما اقترح إجراء عدد من البحوث والدراسات المتصلة بجوانب هذه المشكلات.\
This research aimed at investigating the problems encountered by classroom student teachers at the Hashemite University during their practicum courses. The research sample constituted of (53) student teachers who have registered in the practicum course (2). For the purpose of the research, a questionnaire was constructed by the researcher that included (35) problems distributed within five domains. The results of the research revealed that the most important problems encountered by the student-teachers are those related to the cooperating schools, the supervision process, the practicum program, the assigned study curriculum, and finally the problems related to the pupils of the cooperating schools. Moreover, the results of the research revealed no significant differences between the means of the practicum problems due to student teachers’ gender and their GPAs. In light of the research results and assumptions, the researcher recommends that a number of solutions be taken in order to meet the problems encountered by the student-teachers during their practicum courses, including the five domains. Furthermore, the researcher suggests that further studies and research, related to the aspects of the above mentioned problems, to be carried on in the future\
