|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة على الإنتاج العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة والتي تتمثل في العوامل الشخصية (الجنس/ النوع -السن -إتقان اللغات الأجنبية-الاتصالات العلمية)، والعوامل الأكاديمية (التخصص -الرتبة العلمية -مناخ العمل -البعثات والمهام العلمية)، والعوامل المجتمعية (التقدير الاجتماعي -الحرية الأكاديمية -كفاية التمويل وكفاءة التنظيم الإداري). أستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي توصل البحث إلى عدة توصيات من أهمها: إنشاء مراكز بحثية متخصصة لتبسيط العلوم وتيسيرها من خلال أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة، وتوفير قنوات الاتصال اللازمة لنشر الثقافة العلمية بالمجتمع. تدعيم توطين المعرفة ونشرها في المجتمع من خلال أعضاء هيئة التدريس العائدين من البعثات والمهام العلمية في الخارج. تطوير البنية الرقمية للجامعات وتوفير مراكز الترجمة اللازمة لتسهيل النشر الدولي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لتمكينهم من نشر المعرفة ونقلها وتبادلها لتنمية مجتمع المعرفة. زيادة مخصصات الدولة في ميزانيتها للإنفاق على البحث العلمي والتطوير لتمكين العلماء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات من إنتاج بحث علمي تنافسي يرتقي إلى المستوى العالمي.
|b This research aimed to investigate the factors influencing faculty members scientific productivity that include the personal factors ( sex-age - mastering the English language - scientific communication), the academic factors ( specialization - scientific grade – job environment - scientific missions ) , societal factors ( social appreciation – academic freedom - funding adequacy and administrative efficiency) .The research used the descriptive method. The Research suggested several recommendations, among the most important of which are: Establishing specialized research centers to simplify and facilitate science through the faculty members to spread scientific culture in society. Strengthening the localization and dissemination of knowledge in society through faculty members returning from scientific missions abroad. Developing the digital infrastructure of the university and providing the necessary translation centers to facilitate the international dissemination of the faculty members to enable them to disseminate, transfer and exchange knowledge for the development of the knowledge society. Increasing the state’s budget allocations to spend on scientific research and development to enable scientists and faculty members at universities to produce competitive scientific research that rises to the global level.
