المستخلص: وكان هدفا البحث: 1- التعرف على مستوى التفكير الخططي لدى لاعبي جامعات الإقليم كوردستان بكرة القدم. ٢- التعرف على فروق مستوى التفكير الخططي لدى لاعبي جامعات الإقليم كوردستان بكرة القدم. استخدام الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب السببي المقارن الملائمة مع طبيعة المشكلة وتكون عينة البحث من (٦٠) لاعبا من لاعبي جامعات الإقليم كوردستان المشاركين في بطولة جامعات الإقليم لسنة الدراسية (۲۰۱۱-۲۰۱۲) وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية ويمثلون منتخبات جامعات الآتية: السليمانية ودهوك وصلاح الدين وكوية وتم استخدام اختبار التفكير الخططي في الثلث الهجومي من ملعب كرة القدم كوسائل لجمع البيانات، واقتصرت الوسائل الإحصائية على الوسط الحسابي، والمنوال، والانحراف المعياري، والوسيط، ومعامل الالتواء، والمتوسط الفرضي، والنسبة المئوية، وتحليل التباين، وقيمة أقل فرق معنوي (L.S.D) وقد توصل الباحثان إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات الآتية: - يغلب على اللاعبين استخدام العمليات العقلية الوسطى أثناء منافسات بطولة جامعات الإقليم كوردستان بكرة القدم. - لا تلعب مواقف اللعب الهجومية وحالات الثابتة دور في مستوى التفكير الخططي لدى للاعبي جامعات إقليم كوردستان بكرة القدم. - أن مستوى التفكير الخططي لدى لاعبي جامعات الإقليم كوردستان لكرة القدم جاء متوسطا حيث حصل على النسبة المئوية (69.25%). ويوصي الباحثان بما يلي: - ضرورة تطوير وتحسين مستوى العمليات العقلية كأحد متطلبات الأداء الفعال للاعبين أثناء منافسات بطولة جامعات كوردستان عن طريق زيادة اهتمام مدربي كرة القدم بالأعداد الخططي. - تنمية النزعة الهجومية عند اللاعبين للمساعدة في ابتكار الحلول وحسن التصرف واتخاذ القرارات السريعة والناجحة للمواقف الهجومية المختلفة لضمان تحقيق الفوز في منافسات كرة القدم. - ضرورة اهتمام مدربي كرة القدم في جامعات كوردستان بالأعداد الخططي والعقلي للاعبين من اجل تطوير مستوى التفكير الخططي لدى اللاعبين للوصول إلى المستويات الرياضية العليا. - أن المستوى المتوسط في التفكير الخططي للاعبين يتوجب الاهتمام بمدرب كرة القدم بعقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة تبين أهمية التفكير الخططي والوصول إلى المستويات العليا.

The goalaing: 1 -Identifying the level of thinking tactical among players universities in the province of Kurdistan football. 2 -Identify the differences in the level of tactical thinking among player’s universities in the province of Kurdistan football. Use of researcher descriptive -style causal comparative appropriate to the nature of the problem and be a sample of (60) players from the players universities in the province of Kurdistan participants in the championship universities in the province for the academic year (2011- 2012) were selected in a manner intentionally representing teams universities following: (Sulaymaniyah and Dohuk and Salahuddin and Koya) was used thinking test tactical in the third offensive of the football stadium as a means of data collection, and limited means of statistical on the arithmetic mean, and vein, and the standard deviation, and the mediator, the coefficient of sprains, average, percentage, and analysis of variance, and the value is less significant difference (LSD). The researcher found a number of the following conclusions: - Players tend to use mental processes during the Championship of Central universities in the province of Kurdistan football. - Do not play play offensive positions and fixed a role in cases level Aalkhtti thinking seemed to be the province of Kurdistan universities football. - The level of tactical thinking among players universities in the province of Kurdistan football came where he earned average percentage (69.25%). The researcher recommends the following: - need to develop and improve the level of mental processes as one of the requirements for the effective performance of the players during the championships Kurdistan universities by increasing the attention of football coaches preparing tactical. - Development trend when the offensive players to help devise solutions and good behavior and make quick decisions and successful for various offensive positions to ensure a win in the football competition. - need the attention of football coaches in the Kurdistan universities preparing tactical and mental development of players in order to develop the level of tactical thinking among the players to reach the top sports levels. - that the average level in the tactical thinking of the players have the attention football coach to hold specialized training courses show the importance of tactical thinking and access to higher levels.
