المستخلص: Cet article allie recherches en didactique du Français sur Objectifs Spécifiques (FOS) et domaine professionnel du tourisme, précisément les tâches professionnelles de conseiller en voyages. À travers une étude qualitative, il s’interroge si les contraintes imposées à l'approche de FOS suffisent-elles à l’élaboration d'un cours cohérent. De plus, il porte une réflexion analytique profonde sur le "cadre organisateur" optimal, apte à modéliser l'ensemble des activités d'un cours de FOS. En s’appuyant sur l’approche actionnelle, il démontre, enfin, comment une construction modulaire est apte à structurer un programme d'enseignement du FOS. De même, il propose une séquence – modèle détaillée qui s’y rapporte.

This article combines research in teaching French for Specific Objectives (FOS) and the professional field of tourism, specifically the professional tasks of travel advisors. Through a qualitative study, he questions whether the constraints imposed on the FOS approach are sufficient for the development of a coherent course. In addition, it carries a deep analytical reflection on the optimal “organizing framework”, capable of modeling all the activities of a FOS course. Based on the action-based approach, it finally demonstrates how a modular construction is capable of structuring a FOS teaching program.
