المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تصميم وتقنين اختبار دوران الكرة حول الجسم مع السير بخط مستقيم بالجمناستك الإيقاعي لدى طالبات كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة وانتهجت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي على عينة من طالبات المرحلة الثالثة من كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة الجادرية، والبنات، والمستنصرية للعام الدراسي (2018/2017) البالغ عددهن (260) طالبة إختيرن عمديا بنسبة (100%) من مجتمعهن الأصل، وبناءا على متطلبات تصميم وتقنين الاختبارات قيد الدراسة، تم تقسمهن عشوائيا (عينة بناء 130 طابة)، و(عينة استطلاعية 10 طالبات)، و(عينة تطبيق 120 طالبة)، وبعد عرض مواصفات مفردات الاختبار، تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري، والتحقق من الموضوعية، والصدق التمييزي، ومن الصعوبة ولسهولة، وإيجاد معامل الثبات، للوصول إلى الصيغة النهائية للاختبار، وتجريبه استطلاعيا، وبعد الانتهاء من هذه الخطوات على وفق محددات القياس والتقويم في علوم التربية البدنية، عمدت الباحثة على تطبيقه على عينة التقنين، ومعالجة النتائج بنظام الحقيبة الإحصائية الاجتماعية (SPSS) الإصدار (V25)، لاشتقاق المعايير لهذا الاختبار، واستنتجت أن اختبار دوران الكرة حول الجسم مع السير بخط مستقيم بالجمناستك الإيقاعي لدى طالبات كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة يقيس الأغراض التي صمم لأجلها بموضوعية عالية وملائم لمستواهن وعمرهن وجنسهن واللعبة التخصصية، باستخدامه يمكن تقييم طالبات كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة على وفق ما حققه من معايير في تقنينه، وتميزه بسهولة تطبيقه وقلة كلفته المادية ولا يحتاج إلى أجهزة أو أدوات كثيرة، وأوصت بأنه من الضروري الاعتماد على هذا الاختبار عند تقييم الطالبات، ومن الضروري إتباع الخطوات المتسلسلة المنهجية على وفق محددات القياس والتقويم في علوم التربية البدنية عند التصميم، ولابد من تدريب القائمين على تدريس مادة الجمناستك الفني على كيفية تطبيقها.

The study aimed to design and standardize the rotation test of the ball around the body with a straight line in the rhythmic gymnastics of students of faculties of physical education and sports sciences. The researcher applied descriptive research methodology to a sample of students of the third stage of the faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (Jadriya, Girls and Mustansiriya) (2018/2017), the number of students was 100% of their original community. Based on the design and standardization requirements of the tests under study, they were randomly divided (130 building samples), 10 female students (Application sample 120 fresh), after the introduction of individual specifications V testing, virtual honesty has been verified, objective verification, discriminatory honesty, it is difficult and for ease, And to find the coefficient of stability, to reach the final version of the test, and a pilot experiment, and after the completion of these steps according to the parameters of measurement and evaluation in the science of physical education, the researcher applied to the sample rationing, and processing the results of the social statistical bag (SPSS) version (V25) To derive the criteria for this test, and concluded that the test of rotation of the ball around the body with a straight line in the rhythmic gymnastics of students of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences measures the objects designed for them objectively high, suitable for their level, age, gender and specialized game, The students of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences can be evaluated according to the standards that they have achieved in its legalization. It is characterized by its ease of application, low cost of material and does not require many tools or tools. It recommended that it be necessary to rely on this test when evaluating students. In accordance with the criteria of measurement and evaluation in the science of physical education in design, and it is necessary to train those who teach the technical Jnnstek on how to apply.
