المستخلص: في سياق الجامعات، يضم المتخصصون في شئون التعليم والطلاب مجموعة متنوعة ومعقدة، تشكل حزمة من الخلفيات التعليمية المتنوعة في مجالات الإرشاد والإدارة وتطوير الطلاب، وبالتالي فهم مسئولون عن ضمان حياة وتعليم طلاب في بيئة نموذجية. ونظرا لتعقد العمل وصعوبته بأقسام شئون الطلاب في الجامعات، لم يعد من المستغرب تعقد عملياتها في تكوين موظفيها وقيادتها، حيث تتطلب معظم المؤسسات مستوى عال من التوظيف ومعايير الاختيار ومستوى عال الأداء، وهو ما يتطلب مستوى عال من الكفاءة لتكون فعالة، ومن ثم يتحملون مسؤولية كبيرة في الحفاظ على تحقيق جودة عالية وتقديم خدمات ضرورية للطلاب، إضافة إلى تحمل المسئولية عن الإدارة اليومية لعمليات الحياة الطلابية، ومن هنا يمثل أداء قيادات شئون التعليم والطلاب على اختلاف مستوياتهم مكونا حاسما في المجتمع الجامعي. ولذا تبذل الجامعات العديد من الجهود لرفع مستوى أداء قيادات شئون التعليم والطلاب، وتنمية وتحديث القدرات والمهارات الإدارية، بما يمكنهم من إحداث التغيير المستهدف، وتطوير الخبرات الذاتية في مجال العمل الطلابي، من خلال العديد من مداخل التحسين وفي مقدمتها القيادة الخادمة. ومن هنا، تتضح حاجة الجامعات المصرية -بصفة عامة وجامعة العريش بصفة خاصة إلى توظيف أسلوب القيادة الخادمة في تحسين أداء قيادات شئون التعليم والطلاب، حيث يوفر هذا النمط القيادي العديد من الإيجابيات التي أصبح وجودها ضرورة في العمل الجامعي في مصر اليوم، خاصة في ظل سعي البلاد نحو تحقيق تطلعات رؤية 2030 الطموحة، والتي تضع الارتقاء بمستوى جودة مخرجات التعليم الجامعي ضمن أولوياتها الرئيسة. وقد اعتمد البحث على أسلوب دراسة الحالة كأحد فنيات المنهج الوصفي (Descriptive Approach)، حيث يتم من خلاله دراسة شاملة مستعرضة، ومحاولة منظمة لجمع البيانات وتحليل وتفسير وتقرير الوضع الراهن في بيئة محددة ووقت محدد، وقد توصل في نهايته إلى مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة لتحسين أداء قيادات شئون التعليم والطلاب بجامعة العريش في ضوء القيادة الخادمة.

In the context of universities, specialists in education and students include a diverse and complex group, constituting a package of diverse educational backgrounds in the fields of mentoring, management and student development, and are therefore professionals responsible for ensuring the lives and education of students in a typical environment. Due to the complexity of operating student affairs departments in universities, it is no longer surprising that they are also complicated in their staff composition and leadership, with most institutions requiring a high level of recruitment, selection criteria and high level of performance, which requires a high level of competence to be effective. Thus, they have a great responsibility to maintain high quality and essential services for students, as well as to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of student life operations, hence the leadership of students' affairs at all levels is a critical component of the university community. Therefore, universities are making many efforts to raise the level of performance of educational and student leaders, develop and modernize managerial capacities and skills, enabling them to bring about targeted change, and develop self-experience in the field of student work, through many improvement methods, notably servant Leadership. Hence, the need for Egyptian universities -- in general and Arish University in particular -- is evident. - To employ servant leadership method in improving the performance of Students & Education Affairs Leaders. This pattern of leadership provides many positives that have become necessary in the university work in Egypt today, especially in the light of the country's endeavour to achieve the ambitious aspirations of Vision 2030, which places raising the quality of university education outcomes among its main priorities. The research was used case study method, through which a comprehensive study is reviewed, and an organization's attempt to collect data, analyze, interpret and determine the current status of a topic in a specific environment and time, at the end of which it reached a set of proposed mechanisms for improving the Students & Education Affairs Leaders Performance at Arish University in Light of servant Leadership.
