|a يكمن هذا البحث في تعريف التخطيط واتخاذ القرارات عن عملية ربط بين نشاطات الجهاز الإداري، واتخاذ القرارات التي تتصل بسير نشاطات العمل، وتعتمد على وضع خطط منسقة بحسب المشكلات المتوقعة التي ربما تحصل، لذلك فهي تضع خططاً للتعامل مع المشكلات قبل أن تتفاقم. ومن ضمن واجبات إدارة التخطيط، رصد المعلومات الإحصائية الخاصة بالمؤسسة، ورصد المعلومات التي تتعلق بالتقلبات، والتغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في بيئة المنظمة، وتقديم البرامج والخطط اللازمة لمواكبتها ومواكبة أي تغير مفاجئ.
|b This research lies in the definition of planning and decision-making about the process of linking the activities of the administrative apparatus, and making decisions related to the progress of work activities, and depends on the development of coordinated plans according to the expected problems that may occur, so it sets plans to deal with problems before they escalate. Among the duties of the Planning Department, monitoring the statistical information of the organization, monitoring information related to fluctuations, economic, social and cultural changes in the organization's environment, and providing the necessary programs and plans to keep pace with them and any sudden change.
