|a شكل الانتقال إلى النص كوحدة لغوية كبرى فتحا جديدًا للدراسات اللسانية، خرجت به من محدودية الجملة ومقولاتها إلى فضاء واسع قابل للامتداد لا يقف عند حد معين، تتسم طبيعته بالمرونة والتغير وعدم الثبات ما يجعل الحراك فيه مستمرا إلى اليوم الحاضر. في ضوء ذلك، أتت هذه الدراسة لتقف على أهم مخرجات هذا الاتجاه الجديد وهي ما يُعرف بـ (المعايير النصية) عبر تناول المعيار الأول منها وهو: الاتساق فجاءت موسومة بعنوان: (الاتساق النصي في فتاوى الشيخ سعد الشثري). لقد وقع الاختيار على الفتاوى عمومًا نظرًا لما تحمل من أهمية كبيرة؛ إذ ينبني عليها من الأحكام ما يرتبط بواقع الناس في حياتهم اليومية وتعاملاتهم الدينية والدنيوية، فضلا عن قيام العينة المختارة في مفرداتها وألفاظها وتعبيراتها على أساليب اللغة المعاصرة ما يجعلها قابلة للتحقق من صحة هذا المعيار ومقولاته. اقتضت طبيعة هذه الدراسة الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لرصد ملامح هذا المعيار وتحليل أدواته وبيان دورها الهام في إضفاء سمة النصية على الفتاوى. ومن أهم النتائج التي وصلت إليها هذه الدراسة هي توافر الفتاوى المدروسة على معيار الاتساق، واعتمادها بشكل كبير عليه في سبيل تحقيق النصية لها مع التفاوت الكمي من ناحية الاعتماد على هذه الأدوات داخل هذه النصوص. كما توصي الدراسة باستثمار وتطبيق هذه النظريات الحديثة على نماذج من النصوص المعاصرة.
|b The transition to the text as a major linguistic unit constitutes a new breakthrough for linguistic studies, which brings it out of the limitations of the sentence and its quotes into a wide space that can be extended and does not stop at a certain limit. This study focuses on the most important output of this new trend, which is what is known as textual standards. It addresses the first criterion, which is cohesion. It is entitled “The Textual Cohesion in the Fatwas of Sheikh Saad Al-Shathri.” The fatwas are chosen in general due to the great importance they carry as judgments are based on them that relate to the reality of people in their daily lives and their religious and worldly dealings. This is in addition to the fact that the selected sample, in its vocabulary, words, and expressions, is based on contemporary language methods, which makes it capable of verifying the validity of this criterion and its quotes. The nature of this study necessitates relying on the descriptive analytical method to monitor the features of this criterion, analyze its tools, and indicate its important role in imparting a textual character to fatwas. One of the most important results that this study has reached is the availability of fatwas on the cohesion criterion and their reliance heavily on it in order to achieve their textuality with the quantitative discrepancy in terms of reliance on these tools within these texts. The study also recommends investing in and applying these modern theories to models of contemporary texts.
