|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف دور التعليم عن بعد في تطوير أداء معلمي التربية الإسلامية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواءي الطيبة والوسطية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظرهم. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي مديرية التربية والتعليم للواءي الطيبة والوسطية في محافظة إربد والبالغ عددهم (٨٦) معلما ومعلمة للفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 2022/ 2023م، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٥٥) معلما ومعلمة، واستخدم المنهج المسحي، ولغايات تحقيق أهداف الدراسة طور الباحث استبانة مكونة من (٣٤) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات وهي: مجال التخطيط الإلكتروني لتدريس مناهج التربية الإسلامية عن طريق التعليم عن بعد، ومجال التنظيم الإلكتروني لتدريس مناهج التربية الإسلامية عن طريق التعليم عن بعد، ومجال التنفيذ الإلكتروني لعملية تدريس مناهج التربية الإسلامية عن طريق التعليم عن بعد، ومجال التقويم الإلكتروني لتدريس مناهج التربية الإسلامية عن طريق التعليم. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يأتي: جاءت الاستجابة الكلية للمعلمين في تقدير دور التعليم عن بعد في تطوير أداء معلمي التربية الإسلامية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواءي الطيبة والوسطية في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظرهم بدرجة متوسطة وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم العديد من التوصيات.
|b This study aimed to identify the role of distance education in developing the performance of Islamic education teachers in the Directorate of Education for Al-Taybeh and Al-Wasatia districts in light of the Corona pandemic from their point of view. The study population consisted of all the teachers of the Directorate of Education for the Taibah and Wasatia districts in Irbid governorate, who numbered (86) male and female teachers for the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023 AD. The study sample consisted of (55) male and female teachers, and the survey method was used. The researcher completed a questionnaire consisting of (34) items distributed over four areas.These are: the field of electronic planning for teaching Islamic education curricula through distance education, the field of electronic organization for teaching Islamic education curricula through distance education, the field of electronic implementation of the process of teaching Islamic education curricula through distance education, and the field of electronic evaluation for teaching Islamic education curricula via distance education. education path. The results of the study showed the following: The overall response of the teachers in assessing the role of distance education in developing the performance of Islamic Education teachers in the Directorate of Education for the Taibah and Al-Wasatia districts in light of the Corona pandemic came from their point of view to a moderate degree, and in light of the results of the study, many recommendations were presented.
