|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور العمل التطوعي في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلاب جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والوقوف على أهم معوقاته، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، والتي طبقت على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز بلغت (278) عضوا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: دور العمل التطوعي في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلاب جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاء بدرجة موافق، كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول آرائهم في دور العمل التطوعي في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى دى طلاب جامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز تعزي لمتغير (الرتبة الأكاديمية، ونوع الكلية، وعدد سنوات الخبرة)، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج أوصى الباحث بضرورة قيام عمادات الجامعة بالعمل على تشجيع ثقافة التطوع وتنميتها لدى الطلاب وحث المسئولين بالجامعة على ضرورة الاهتمام بنشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي بين الطلاب، وتفعيل دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس في توعية الطلاب بأهمية العمل التطوعي في تنمية قيم المواطنة.
|b The study aimed to identify the role of voluntary work in developing the values of citizenship among students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz University from the point of view of faculty members, and to identify its most important obstacles, and to determine the activation of the role of voluntary work in developing the values of citizenship among students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University from the point of view of The faculty members looked at it, and used the descriptive survey method by relying on the questionnaire as a study tool, which was applied to a sample of (278) faculty members at Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University. The study reached a set of results, including: The reality of the role of voluntary work in Developing the values of citizenship among students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University from the point of view of faculty members came with an agreement degree, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample members about their views on the role of voluntary work in developing the values of citizenship among students of Prince Sattam bin Abdul- Aziz University Attributable to the variable (academic rank, type of college, and number of years of experience), and in light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need for university deanships to work on encouraging and developing a culture of volunteering among students. He urged university officials to pay attention to spreading the culture of volunteer work among students, and to activate the role of faculty members in educating students about the importance of volunteer work in developing the values of citizenship.
