|a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق أبعاد نظام التلمذة الصناعية في المعاهد الصناعية الثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريب بالمعاهد الصناعية الثانوية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة تكونت من (32) عبارة مقسمة على (4) أبعاد. وقد تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من (290) عضوا من مجتمع الدراسة، الذي شمل جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريب بالمعاهد الصناعية الثانوية في (5) مناطق هي الرياض والشرقية، وحائل، وعسير، ومكة المكرمة. والبالغ عددهم (1029). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع تطبيق أبعاد نظام التلمذة الصناعية في المعاهد الصناعية الثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريب جاء بشكل عام بدرجة موافقة منخفضة، وبمتوسط حسابي عام بلغ (2.31)، حيث يأتي بعد الأنظمة والسياسات في المرتبة الأولى، يليه بعد الشراكة المجتمعية، ثم بعد الشراكة مع قطاع الأعمال، وبالمرتبة الأخيرة يأتي بعد التمويل كأدنى أبعاد الواقع من حيث درجة الموافقة.
|b The study aimed to diagnose the reality of applying the dimensions of the apprenticeship system in the secondary industrial institutes in Saudi Arabia, from the point of view of faculty staff of secondary industrial institutes. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, as well as the questionnaire as a tool for the study, which consisted of (32) phrases divided into four parts, and was applied to a stratified random sample of (290) members of the study community, which included all faculty staff of secondary industrial institutes in Saudi Arabia, in five regions: Riyadh, Sharqiyah, Hail, Asir, and Makkah, totaling (1029). The study found that the reality of applying the dimensions of the apprenticeship system in the secondary industrial institutes in Saudi Arabia, from the faculty staff's point of view came at a low degree with a mean of (2.31). The dimensions were arranged according to the highest mean as follows: the dimension of regulations and policies, the dimension of community partnership, the dimension of partnership with the business sector, and finally, the dimension of financing.
