المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي بصفة رئيسية إلى دراسة العلاقة بين أساليب التواصل الأسرى بأبعاده (الأسناد والدعم الأسرى - الحوار الأسرى- التواصل الرقمي) وكلا من تحديات التعليم الإلكتروني بأبعاده (التقنية -المالية - الاجتماعية) وإدارة الدخل المالي بأبعاده (التخطيط- التنفيذ- التقييم) لدى ربات الأسر، حيث تم استيفاء البيانات المطلوبة من خلال تطبيق أدوات البحث والتي تمثلت في استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة، استبيان أساليب التواصل الأسرى بأبعاده (الأسناد والدعم الأسرى- الحوار الأسرى- التواصل الرقمي)، استبيان تحديات التعليم الإلكتروني بأبعاده التقنية المالية الاجتماعية استبيان إدارة الدخل المالي بأبعاده (التخطيط- التنفيذ- التقييم) على عينة قوامها (۲۱۰) ربة أسرة تم اختيارهن بطريقة صدفية غرضية من ريف وحضر محافظة الدقهلية ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة وينتمين لأسر متكاملة ولديهن أبناء بالمرحلة الجامعية، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) لاستخلاص النتائج والتي كان من أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين أساليب التواصل الأسرى بأبعاده (الأسناد والدعم الأسرى - الحوار الأسرى- التواصل الرقمي)، وكلا من تحديات التعليم الإلكتروني بأبعاده (التقنية- المالية- الاجتماعية)، وإدارة الدخل المالي بأبعاده (التخطيط- التنفيذ- التقييم) لدى ربات الأسر عينة البحث عند مستوى دلالة (0.٠١)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ربات الأسر في إجمالي أساليب التواصل الأسرى بأبعاده (الأسناد والدعم الأسرى- الحوار الأسرى- التواصل الرقمي) وككل عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) تبعا لمكان السكن لصالح الحضريات ولعمل ربة الأسرة لصالح العاملات ولعمر ربة الأسرة لصالح الفئة العمرية الأكبر (من ٤٥ سنة فأكثر)، كما وجد تباين ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات ربات الأسر في إجمالي إدارة الدخل المالي بأبعاده (التخطيط – التنفيذ - التقييم) تبعا لكلا من المستوى التعليمي لربة الأسرة وعدد أفراد الأسرة لصالح المستوى التعليمي المرتفع وعدد أفراد الأسرة الصغير، كما وجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات ربات الأسر في إجمالي تحديات التعليم الإلكتروني بأبعاده (التقنية- المالية - الاجتماعية) تبعا لكلا من المستوى التعليمي لربة الأسرة وعدد أفراد الأسرة لصالح المستوى التعليمي المنخفض وعدد أفراد الأسرة الكبير. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الباحثات بعدد من التوصيات الموجهة لكل من وزارة التعليم العالي وكذلك أولياء الأمور وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والتي تسعى جميعها إلى توضيح الكيفية التي تستطيع بها ربات الأسر مع أبنائها وأفراد أسرتها مواجهة تحديات التعليم الإلكتروني والاستفادة من مزاياه والتكيف مع مستحدثات العصر من خلال اتباع أساليب التواصل الأسرى المناسبة للمواقف الأسرية المتعددة وما يستجد عليها من متغيرات مجتمعية طارئة بالإضافة إلى الحفاظ على إدارة شؤون الأسرة المالية وكيفية إدارة الدخل المالي في ظل ما يطرأ على الأسرة من التزامات مالية مستجدة من جراء تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني.

The main objective of the current research is to study the relationship between family communication methods in its dimensions (attribution and family support- family dialogue- digital communication) and each of the challenges of e- learning with its dimensions (technical financial social) and financial income management with its dimensions (planning implementation- evaluation) for female employers Families, where the required data were met through the application of the research tools, which were represented in the general family data form, a questionnaire on family communication methods with its dimensions (attribution and family support family dialogue digital communication), a questionnaire about the challenges of e-learning with its dimensions (technical financial social), A questionnaire about financial income management with its dimensions (planning implementation- evaluation) on a sample of (210) female heads of household who were chosen in a purposive way from rural and urban areas of Dakahlia Governorate and from different social and economic levels and belong to integrated families and have children at the university level. Conducting the appropriate statistical analyzes using the (SPSS) program to derive the results, the most important of which was the existence of a correlation between the family communication methods with its dimensions (attribution). and family support family dialogue digital communication), and each of the challenges of e-learning with its dimensions (technical- financial- social), and financial income management in its dimensions (planning implementation- evaluation) among female heads of household research sample at the level of significance (0.01), and there are significant differences Statistically among the average scores of heads of household in the total family communication methods in its dimensions (attribution and family support- family dialogue- digital communication) and as a whole at the level of significance (0.05) according to the place of residence for the benefit of urban women and the work of the head of the family for the benefit of the fmale workers and the age of the head of the family for the benefit of the older age group (from 45 years and over), and a statistically significant discrepancy was found between the average scores of female heads of household in the total financial income management with its dimensions (planning- implementation- evaluation) according to both the educational level of the head of the family and the number of family members in favor of the high educational level and the number of small family members. Statistically significant variation between the average scores of female heads of household in the total challenges of e-learning with its dimensions (technical financial social) according to both the educational level of the head of the family and the number of family members in favor of the low educational level and the number of family members. In light of the results, the researchers recommended a number of recommendations directed to each of the Ministry of Higher Education, as well as parents and faculty members, all of which seek to clarify how female heads of families with their children and family members can face the challenges of e- learning, take advantage of its advantages and adapt to the developments of the times by following the methods of Family communication appropriate to multiple family situations and the emerging societal variables, in addition to maintaining the management of family financial affairs and how to manage financial income in light of the new financial obligations that occur to the family as a result of the application of e-learning.
