520 |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية مشروع الفاقد التعليمي الذي أطلقته وزارة التربية في دولة الكويت للعام الدراسي 2021- 2022م، ومدى أثره في تنمية الاستيعاب المفاهيمي في مادة العلوم لدى طلاب الصف السادس المشاركين في هذا المشروع، وتعرف الفروق في آراء المعلمين والمعلمات المشاركين في المشروع تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والمنطقة التعليمية)، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بحيث تكونت العينة من 30 معلما ومعلمة من المشاركين في المشروع، واستخدمت أداة (استبانة) تكونت من 20 بندا موزعة على محورين: الأول يتعلق بالمحتوى والوسائل التعليمية، والثاني يتعلق باستعداد الطلاب واستجابتهم للبرنامج. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مدى فاعلية برنامج الفاقد التعليمي في تنمية الاستيعاب المفاهيمي في مادة العلوم لعينة البحث كان بدرجة متوسطة وقيمة المتوسط حسابي 3.02 والانحراف معياري 0.42 من ناحية المحتوى والخطط والوسائل التعليمية المستخدمة، وبدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي 3.16 وانحراف معياري 0.52 من ناحية استجابة الطلاب وتفاعلهم واستيعابهم للمفاهيم المقررة. أما فيما يتعلق بمتغيرات البحث فقد أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة تبعا للجنس، أما فيما يتعلق بمتغيرات الخبرة أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة لصالح المجموعة ذات المتوسط الأكبر (10 سنوات فأكثر)، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق الفروق دالة وفق متغير المنطقة التعليمية لصالح المجموعة ذات المتوسط الأكبر وهي منطقة العاصمة. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها هذه الدراسة تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات منها تكثيف البرامج التدريبية وورش العمل للمعلمين، وتضمين خطة المنهج الدراسي للأعوام القادمة مهارات تعالج الفاقد التعليمي.  |b Study the effectiveness of the educational loss project launched by the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait for the academic year 2021- 2022 AD, and the extent of its impact on the development of conceptual understanding in science among the sixth grade students participating in this project. The project The project depends on the variables (gender, area of experience, and educational area). The project has developed the descriptive analytical method. The project is a male and female teacher from the participants in the project. A tool (the first questionnaire) consisting of 20 items was used, and the (first questionnaire) tool was used on Two axes: related to educational areas and means, and the second related to students' readiness and response to the program. The results of the study showed that the extent of the effectiveness of the educational loss program in developing conceptual comprehension in science for the research sample was medium, with an arithmetic mean value of 3.02 and a standard deviation of 0.42 in terms of content, plans and teaching aids used, and in a medium degree with an arithmetic mean of 3.16 and a standard deviation of 0.52 in terms of student response and interaction. understanding of the established concepts. As for the research variables, the results indicated that there were no significant differences according to gender. As for the experience variables, the results indicated that there were significant differences in favor of the group with the largest average (10 years or more), and the results indicated that there were significant differences according to the educational region variable. In favor of the group with the largest average, which is the metropolitan area. Through the findings of this study, a number of recommendations were presented, including intensifying training programs and workshops for teachers, and including skills that address educational loss in the curriculum plan for the coming years.
