|b This study is bassed on searching for the stylistic and graphic characteristics in the poetry of mukhlid al-mawsili and showing the semantic features in the arts that the poet relied on, such as simile, its tools and images, metaphor in its linguistic and mental types, and the art of metonymy. All of this revolves around an exhibition of the poet's intention to show his creativity in expressing his meanings in different artistic ways. Especially since he, the poet mukhlid al-mawsili, had contemporaries of great abbasid poests, led by abu tammam al-tai and other great abbasid poets, so it was necessary for him to elevate his poetry to the ranks of the poetry of those who contemporaneous them, even if by trying. The production was abundant with wonderful artistic and graphic images that reveal his superior ability and his distinguished position among poets of his time. Therefore, the aim of the study is to search for the meaning behind the poet's methods charts and showing their purpose.
