It is evident that digitization has gained significant attention in scientific and academic spheres across various Arab countries. It has emerged as a focal point within their development, political, and educational agendas. Algerian universities have also embraced digitization, albeit informally, in response to local societal developments in the digital era. This transition has been motivated by the numerous advantages and diverse availability of digital resources, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of digitization within our academic institutions. |
