المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين إدمان الإنترنت والتشوهات المعرفية لدى طلبة جامعة حلب، والكشف عن مستوى كل من إدمان الإنترنت والتشوهات المعرفية لديهم، والكشف عن دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث من طلبة الجامعة على مقياس إدمان الإنترنت ومقياس التشوهات المعرفية وأبعاده الفرعية تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور، إناث)، لذا اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطبيق مقياس إدمان الإنترنت ومقياس التشوهات المعرفية على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (310) طالبا وطالبة من الكليات النظرية والتطبيقية في جامعة حلب. وأظهرت نتائج البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس إدمان الإنترنت ودرجاتهم على مقياس التشوهات المعرفية وأبعاده الفرعية، كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من إدمان إنترنت، ومستوى متوسط من التشوهات المعرفية لدى أفراد عينة البحث، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس إدمان الإنترنت ومقياس التشوهات المعرفية وأبعاده الفرعية تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور، إناث).

Current research aims to learn about the nature of the relationship between Internet addiction and cognitive distortions in Aleppo University students, to reveal the level of both Internet addiction and cognitive abnormalities, and to reveal the indication of differences between the average grades of research members of the university students on the Internet addiction scale and the measure of cognitive abnormalities and its sub-dimensions depending on the type variable (Male, female), so research followed the descriptive curriculum by applying the Internet addiction scale and the cognitive distortion scale to a random sample of (310)students from theoretical and applied colleges at a university. Research results showed a statistically significant pecuniary correlation at an indicative level (0.05) between the scores of the search sample individuals on the Internet addiction scale and their grades on the cognitive distortion scale and its sub-dimensional dimensions. And the results have found a high level of Internet addiction, An average level of cognitive distortions in the search sample individuals, as well as a lack of statistically significant discrepancies at an indicative level (0.05) between the research sample individuals' score averages on the Internet addiction scale and the cognitive distortion scale and its sub-dimensional dimensions depending on the type variable (male, Female).
