المستخلص: يتناول هذا المقال بالإبداع الأدبي للكاتب الجزائري كمال داود مورسو، التحقيق المضاد مقارنة لرواية ألبيرت كامي المغترب. يتعلق الأمر بفهم الأسباب اللاواعية التي دفعت كمال داود لكتابة هذه الرواية. ستكون مسألة التعامل مع الرغبة في الشرعية التي يمكن التعبير عنها من خلال رواية كامل داود، والتي يأخذ فيها هذا الأخير تاريخ وأحداث رواية ألبيرت كامي. في هذا السياق، يقترح هذا المقال بإثبات، من خلال نهج التحليل النفسي، ولا سيما عملية تحديد الهوية، ودعما لمفهوم «الطوطم» الناتج عن أعمال فرويد وفريزر Freud et Frazer، أن الرغبة في إضفاء الشرعية التي دعا إليها داود تترجم من خلال التضحية التوتيمية للعمل/ لطوطم L'étranger، عن طريق الرواية Meursault, contre-enquête

This article deals with the literary creation of the Algerian author Kamel Daoud Meursault, contre-enquête compared to that of Albert Camus L'étranger. It is about capturing the unconscious reasons that prompted Kamel Daoud to write this novel. It will be a question of dealing with the desire to legitimize which would be expressed through the novel of Kamel Daoud, in which the latter takes the history of the work of Albert Camus. With this in mind, this article proposes to prove, through the psychoanalytic approach, in particular the identification process, and in support of the concept of «totem» resulting from the work of Freud and Frazer, that the desire to legitimize advocated by Daoud would translate through the totemic sacrifice of the work/totem L'étranger, by means of the novel Meursault, contre-enquête.

Cet article traite de la création littéraire de l’auteur algérien Kamel Daoud Meursault contre-enquête par rapport à celle d’Albert Camus L’Etranger. Il s’agit de saisir les raisons inconscientes qui ont poussé Kamel Daoud à écrire ce roman. Il sera question de traiter de la volonté de légitimation qui s’exprimerait par le biais du roman de Kamel Daoud, dans lequel ce dernier reprend l’histoire de l’oeuvre d’Albert Camus. Dans cette optique, cet article se propose de prouver, par le biais de l’approche psychanalytique, notamment le processus d’identification, et en appui sur le concept de « totem » issu des travaux de Freud et Frazer, que la volonté de légitimation prônée par Daoud se traduirait à travers le sacrifice totémique de l’oeuvre/totem L’étranger, au moyen du roman Meursault, contre-enquête.
