This article aims to identify the role of healthy work environment in influencing employees’ job performance on Jijel’s power station, by showing different concepts relating to healthy work environment, its importance, and the ways leading to its creation, and also studying the impact of its factors on employees’ job performance, a questionnaire was distributed to the sample of 95 employees, and the received data were analyzed using SPSS version 20. We have reached a set of results to ensure a healthy work environment, companies can adopt measures that support employee well-being, such as open communication, professional growth opportunities. Enhancing employee job performance can be accomplished through clear performance expectations and a supportive environment as well as valuing employee contributions. A healthy work environment can significantly impact employees’ job performance by reducing stress and promoting positive employee relationships, because this we lead them to be motivated and productive in their job.
