المستخلص: يناقش هذا البحث فكرة التعليم عن بعد وفلسفته، أهو استراتيجية وخطة طارئة في ظروف ما، أو هو مستقبل التعلم والتعليم في المدارس والمعاهد العالمية، فقد قدم دراسة نظرية حول التعليم عن بعد، ما له وما عليه، كما سيأتي موضحا، ثم عرض تجربتي الشخصية في تدريس مادتي النحو والصرف في جامعة عجلون الوطنية. وقد تحدث عن التعليم عن بعد، وذكر الظروف التي سبقت التعليم عن بعد من نحو تكنولوجيا التعليم، والظرف الذي استخدمت فيه هذه التكنولوجيا ثم تحدث عن الاتصال بين الأفراد والمجتمعات من حيث هو اتصال بشري عام، وتحدث عن الاتصال التربوي فعرفه وذكر أهم عناصره، وبين مراحل عملية الاتصال وذكر بعض مؤثراتها السلبية. فصل هذا البحث أهم الأفكار حول التعليم الإلكتروني، وأهمية شبكة الإنترنت في هذا المجال، ووضح ماهية التعليم الإلكتروني، وذكر أهم أسمائه التي أطلقها عليه الباحثون، وذكر أهم خصائص هذا التعليم. وتحدث هذا البحث، عن التعليم عن بعد من حيث هو بشكل عام وسيلة، وليس هدفا بذاته، وأنه يمثل حالة طوارئ تلجأ إليها المؤسسات التعليمية في حالات خاصة ومنها جائحة كورونا، التي قطعت الطالب عن قاعته الصفية، وأوصى بحثي بأن على التربوي أن يحافظ على أن الالتقاء بين الطالب والمدرس في القاعة الصفية هو المحور الأساس في العملية التربوية، وأن التربوي ليس مرهونا بسباق التكنولوجيا المحموم الذي يسعى إلى الربح ويغفل القيم التربوية التي يستفيدها التلميذ من المدرس، وأن اللهاث وراء التكنولوجيا لا ينبغي له بأي شكل من الأشكال أن يلغي التلاقي بين المدرس والتلميذ إذ إن الانفصال عن المعهد العلمي يلغي أسس ومبادئ العملية التعلمية التعليمية

This paper discusses the idea of distance learning and its philosophy in general, and turns to this learning in special circumstances, as the world is beset by the Corona pandemic. It talked about distance learning, and mentioned the circumstance in which this technology was used, then talked about communication between individuals and societies in terms of general human contact, and talked about educational communication, so defined it and mentioned its most important elements, and this paper explained the stages of the communication process and mentioned some of its negative effects. It detailed the most important ideas about e-learning, and the importance of the Internet in this field, and clarified the nature of e-learning, and mentioned the most important names given to it by researchers and mentioned the most important characteristics of this education. It talked about distance learning as it is a means and not a goal, and that it represents an emergency situation that educational institutions resort to in special cases, including the Corona pandemic, which cut off the student from his classroom, so researchers and educators were forced to distance learning as an immediate solution in the circumstances of this pandemic. It mentioned the advantages and disadvantages of this education and mentioned the duality of (education and inventions) and shed light on the effect of inventions and technology on the educational process and the impact of the situation on the one hand, and the impact of modern inventions on teaching the courses of syntax and morphology at Ajloun National University. In the end, this paper talked about distance learning and the future of the educational process, and about the tasks of educators considering the Corona pandemic and what they have to do and their duty to pursue education and not to interrupt it through distance education so that in spite of the pandemic the educational process will pass, remain standing and continue to deliver its message.
