|a سعت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى تصورات معلمي الفيزياء في محافظة جرش للمشكلات التعليمية التي تواجههم من وجهة نظرهم، ومعرفة أثر متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة في تصوراتهم لتلك المشكلات. واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما اعتمدت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة لتحقيق هدفي الدراسة حيث تم توزيعها على عينة تكونت من 90 معلما ومعلمة، اختيروا بالطريقة القصدية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تصورات معلمي الفيزياء في محافظة جرش للمشكلات التي تواجههم جاءت ضمن درجة (متوسطة)، ولم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للمشكلات التي تواجههم تعزى المتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج يوصي الباحث بضرورة تركيز المعلمين على تحقيق اتجاهات إيجابية لدى الطلبة والعمل على زيادة الدافعية لتعلم الفيزياء.
|b This study aims to identify the physics teachers' perceptions in governmental schools in Jerash about the educational problems they encounter from their point of view, to know the impacts of the variables according to their perceptions about these problems. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, a questionnaire was used to collect necessary data to achieve the goals of the study, the sample consisted of 90 male and female teachers were chosen with the intentional method. the results showed that the physics teachers' perceptions in Jerash governmental schools about the educational problems they encounter were (medium), and the results did not show any statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the study sample members' estimations of these problems due to the variables of gender, academic qualification and years of experience. In light of the results, the researcher recommended that teachers must focus on having students with positive attitudes and encourage them to study physics.
