|a يعمل العالم على تعزيز وعي الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة بحلول عام ۲۰۳۰م، وإعدادهم لسوق العمل ودمجهم في المجتمع. وتؤكد الباحثتان على أهمية معالجة الإعاقة السمعية ومهاراتها المحتملة من خلال البرامج التعليمية والتدريبية المناسبة لتمكين الأفراد من تلبية متطلباتهم المعيشية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى إعداد برنامج تدريبي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة السمعية لتنمية مهاراتهم في تصميم الأزياء والاكتفاء الذاتي والاستقلال في تسوق الملابس، مع توفير المعلومات والدعم أيضا. أعدت الباحثتان بجامعة الزقازيق برنامجا تدريبيا لعدد ٢٥ طالبا من الصم وضعاف السمع لتعلم مهارات رسم وتصميم الأزياء، يشتمل البرنامج على اختبار تحصيلي معرفي، وبطاقة ملاحظات لتقييم المهارات، ومقياس تقدير التصميم، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي "الفاعلية" البرنامج التدريبي، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيل المعرفي بالبرنامج التدريبي، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للمجموع الكلي لمقياس تقدير الأداء المهاري بالبرنامج التدريبي، كما كانت آراء المتخصصين نحو التصميمات المنفذة في البرنامج التدريبي إيجابية.
|b The world is enhancing awareness of people with special needs to achieve sustainable development goals by 2030, preparing them for the labor market and integrating them into society. Researchers emphasize the importance of addressing hearing disability and its potential skills through appropriate educational and training programs to enable individuals to meet their living requirements. The study aims to develop a training program for people with hearing disabilities to improve their fashion skills, self-sufficiency, and independence in clothing shopping, while also providing information and support. Researchers at Zagazig University have developed a training program for 25 deaf and hard of hearing students to learn fashion drawing and design skills. The program includes a cognitive achievement scale, a note card for skill assessment, and a questionnaire for design estimation. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level between the average scores of the female students in the pre- and post-application” Effectiveness”of the training program.
