|a فقد تناولت في بحثي هذا نازلة جديرة بالعناية، وهي: حكم جولات التحدي في التيك توك، وبينت صورتها، وأنها مسابقة بلا عوض، وغاية المتسابقين فيها جمع النقاط التي يهديها الجمهور لهم، عبر النقر المتكرر على الشاشة، أو إرسال هدايا ذات قيمة معينة ولها نقاط محددة تساهم في رفع احتمالية الفوز، وأشرت إلى حكم الهدايا المرسلة، وكذا بينت ضوابط عامة للعقوبات التي تختم بها جولات التحدي. وخلصت لنتائج منها: 1. أن تلك التحديات هي: مسابقة بلا عوض. 2. أن تحديات التيك توك جائزة من حيث الأصل العام. 3. أن الدعم المقدم في أثناء جولات التحدي هي: هبة لا عوض. 4. جواز شراء العملات والهدايا للحصول على ميزات إضافية في التطبيق. 5. جواز ما يسمى بالعقوبات ولكن بضوابط عامة. 6. وأوصي بتجدد الدراسة لهذا النوع من المسابقات؛ لأن لتلك المسابقات قواعد وصفات متجددة تطرأ ليها مما قد يعير النتائج التي وصلت إليه أو بعضها.
|b Jurisprudential Rulings Concerning Challenge Rounds in TikTok Application Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the best of creation, his families, companions, and those who follow his guidance … To proceed: In this research, I addressed a significant issue, namely: The Rulings Regarding Challenge Rounds in TikTok. I elucidated their nature as a contest without compensation; where contestants aim to accumulate points gifted by the audience through repeated clicks on the screen or by sending gifts of certain value that contribute to increasing the likelihood of winning. I also outlined the rulings concerning the sent gifts and provided general controls for the penalties that conclude challenge rounds. Conclusions drawn include: 1. These challenges are: a contest without compensation. 2. TikTok challenges are deemed permissible in terms of general origin. 3. Support provided during challenge rounds is considered a gift not a compensation. 4. The permissibility of purchasing coins and gifts to obtain additional features within the application. 5. The acceptance of what is known as penalties but within general guidelines. 6. I recommend further exploration of this genre of competitions as they possess evolving rules and characteristics that may alter or refine the previously reached conclusions.
