The current research seeks to identify the effect between improving the quality of service across its dimensions (plan, work, examine, implement), on competitive superiority in its dimensions (excellence in cost, superiority in quality, superiority in flexibility, superiority in creativity), in private universities in the Middle Euphrates region, which included The research sample (152) of administrative leaders, and for the purpose of achieving the research goal, the questionnaire was adopted to collect data related to the research variables, and the descriptive analytical method was adopted in the research and then analyzed by adopting some statistical methods such as (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, linear correlation coefficient, and Simple and multiple regression), and the results were reached using statistical software such as (SPSS. V.29) and (Amos. V.28) to analyze the data to reach conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a correlation and influence between improving service quality and competitive superiority.
