|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان المعنى عند النحويين منطلقا من فرضية أن المعنى في أساليب التعبير، عند تعدد السياقات، يتكون إما من تضافر ثلاثة أنواع من السياق أو من تعارضها، وهذه الأنواع الثلاثة، هي: السياق اللغوي وسياق الموقف والسياق الثقافي، وتتم عملية اختبار تضافر هذه الأنواع أو تعارضها عبر محاولة استنطاق القواعد والأحكام والترجيحات النحوية المبثوثة في كتبهم، ومن ثم الوصول إلى أسس إنتاج المعنى وتقبله لديهم، فإشكالية المعنى- عندهم- تكمن في الوقوف على أنواع السياق، أو في التفضيل أو الترجيح فيما بينها، وتعد هذه الدراسة المتواضعة محاولة أولى تتبعها محاولات أخرى تهدف إلى دراسة دوائر المعنى (المتضافرة والمتعارضة) في التراث العربي كله.
|b The aim of the current study is to figure out how meaning is looked into by grammarians. The study is built on a general assumption stating that meaning, encoded by resorting to different ways of expressions, heavily relies on context (be it linguistic, situational and cultural). When those three types of context are in harmony, a particular meaning is formed. However, when they are not in harmony, another meaning, which is slightly or completely different, is formed. In an attempt to see whether those three types of context are in harmony or not on the one hand, and on the other hand to see how meaning is formed according to the grammarians, the rules and instructions discussed in their own books are examined in the current study. This is because they hold the assumption that context (be it linguistic, situational or cultural) is part of meaning, thus changing any type of context leads to a different meaning. This study is part of a huge project that focuses on the relationship between context and meaning.
