المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن أثر استخدام الشارات المفتوحة في بيئة تعلم إلكترونية على تنمية التحصيل الدراسي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى طلاب كلية التربية واتجاهاتهم نحوها، وتكونت عينة البحث من (52) طالب من طلاب كلية التربية في جامعة حائل، ونظرا لأن هذا البحث يعد من البحوث التطويرية في تكنولوجيا التعليم، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي: في إعداد الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بمتغيرات البحث، منهج تطوير المنظومات التعليمية DSI: واستخدمه الباحث في تصميم وتطوير الشارة المفتوحة في بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني، المنهج التجريبي: في التعرف على أثر الشارة المفتوحة ببيئة التعلم الإلكتروني في التحصيل الدراسي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى طلاب كلية التربية واتجاهاتهم نحوها، واستخدم البحث اختبار تحصيلي كأدة للبحث، ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز لهيرمانز (ترجمة فاروق موسي، 1991)، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو استخدام الشارة المفتوحة في بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني من إعداد الباحث، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α 0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية (الشارات المفتوحة في بيئة تعلم إلكترونية) في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي في الاختبار التحصيلي ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز ومقياس الاتجاه نحو استخدام الشارة المفتوحة في بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وقام الباحث بعرض النتائج وتفسيرها وتقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات ببحوث مستقبلية في ضوء نتائج البحث الحالي.

The aim of the current research is to identify the effect of using open badges in an E-learning environment on the development of academic achievement and achievement motivation among students of the College of Education and their attitudes towards it. Since this research is a developmental research in educational technology, the researcher used the descriptive approach: in preparing the theoretical framework and previous studies related to the research variables, the ISD educational systems development approach: the researcher used it in designing and developing the open badge in the e-learning environment, the experimental method: in knowing the impact of the open badge in the e-learning environment in Academic achievement and achievement motivation among students of the College of Education and their attitudes towards it. The research used an achievement test as a tool for research, the Hermans achievement motivation scale (translated by Farouk Moussa, 1991), and the measure of the trend towards using the open badge in the e-learning environment prepared by the researcher, and the results of the research resulted in the presence of teams Statistically significant at the level (α 0.05) among the mean scores of the experimental group students (open badges in an e-learning environment) in the pre and post application in the achievement test and the achievement motivation scale and the trend scale towards using the open badge in the e-learning environment in favor of the post application.” The researcher presented and interpreted the results and presented recommendations and suggestions for future research in the light of the results of the current research.
