المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تنمية الجوانب المعرفية والأدائية المرتبطة بمهارات تصميم وإدارة السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية لطالبات معهد التمريض بالأزهر، واتجاهاتهن نحو بيئة الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال الكشف عن أثر التفاعل بين نمط عرض المحتوى التكيفي (شرطي –مرن)، ومستوى الحاجة للمعرفة (منخفض –مرتفع)، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج التطويري الذي تضمن المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في مرحلة الدارسة والتحليل، وأسلوب المنظومات في تطوير المعالجات، والمنهج التجريبي في مرحلة التقويم، وتضمنت إجراءات البحث اختيار عينة مكونة من عدد (۱۰۰) طالبة من طالبات معهد التمريض بالأزهر بباب الشعرية بالقاهرة، وتم تقسيمهن لأربع مجموعات تجريبية (٢٥ طالبة في كل مجموعة)، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في الاختبار التحصيلي المعرفي، وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء العملي، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو بيئة التعلم، وتم تطبيق أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام حزمة "SPSS"، وأشارت أهم نتائج البحث إلى: وجود فرق دال إحصائيا فيما يتعلق بالتفاعل بين نمط عرض المحتوى التعليمي التكيفي (شرطي -مرن)، ومستوى الحاجة للمعرفة (منخفض -مرتفع)، ببيئة الذكاء الاصطناعي في القياس البعدي على الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة وكان أعلى تفاعل للمجموعة التجريبية الرابعة (نمط العرض المرن -مستوى الحاجة للمعرفة مرتفع)، وعدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا فيما يتعلق بالتفاعل بين نمط العرض المحتوى التكيفي (شرطي -مرن)، ومستوى الحاجة للمعرفة (منخفض -مرتفع)، ببيئة الذكاء الاصطناعي، في القياس البعدي على مقياس الاتجاه نحو التعلم ببيئة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: العمل على توظيف بيئات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية عديد من المهارات التعليمية لطالبات معهد التمريض، إضافة لاستخدام أنماط عرض المحتوى التعليمي التكيفي ومستوى الحاجة للمعرفة لفئات أخرى من الطلاب.

The current research aimed to develop the cognitive and performance aspects associated with the skills of designing and managing electronic medical records for students of the Institute of Nursing at Al-Azhar, and their attitudes towards the artificial intelligence environment by revealing the impact of the interaction between the adaptive content display style (conditional - flexible), and the level of need for knowledge (low - high), and the researchers used the developmental approach, which included the descriptive analytical approach in the study and analysis stage, the method of systems in the development of processors, and the experimental approach in the evaluation stage, and the research procedures included the selection of a sample consisting of a number (100) female students of the Institute of Nursing at Al-Azhar in Bab Al-Shaaria in Cairo, and they were divided into four experimental groups (25 students in each group), and the research tools were represented in the cognitive achievement test, the practical performance observation card, and the scale of the trend towards the learning environment, and statistical processing methods were applied using the "SPSS" package, and the most important results of the research indicated that: There is a statistically significant difference with regard to the interaction between the mode of presentation of adaptive educational content (conditional - flexible), and the level of need for knowledge (low - high), in the intelligence environment Artificial in the telemetry on the achievement test and observation card The highest interaction of the fourth experimental group (flexible presentation pattern - the level of need for knowledge is high), and there is no statistically significant difference with regard to the interaction between the adaptive content presentation style (conditional - flexible), and the level of need for knowledge (low - high), in the artificial intelligence environment, in the dimensional measurement on the scale of the trend towards learning in the artificial intelligence environment, and the research has recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Working on employing artificial intelligence environments in developing many educational skills for students of the Institute of Nursing, in addition to using adaptive educational content display patterns and the level of need for knowledge for other categories of students.
