المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى: بيان أثر نظم المعلومات والمكتبات على الواقع التعليمي، ورصد المشكلات الخاصة بتصنيف المواد المعرفية في غير حقلها التخصصي لها مما يؤدي إلى عدم تمكن الباحث من الحصول على المعلومة اللازمة، كما رصد البحث المشكلات الخاصة بعدم ترتيب أسماء المؤلفين حسب الحروف الهجائية وعدم وضع رمز المؤلف الخاص بكل اسم. مما يؤدي إلى إعاقة الحصول على الكتاب، كما يحاول البحث تتبع تطور نظم المعلومات والخدمات المكتبية بما يتناسب مع زيادة تدفق المعلومات والتغير المستمر لها، وكذلك الكشف عن أهمية تكنلوجيا المعلومات وأثرها في تطور المكتبات وتداول المعلومات. وقد قسمت بحثي على مطالب ثلاثة، إذ تكفل المطلب الأول في تعريف نظم المعلومات، فالنظام هو مجموعة من العناصر المترابطة أو الأجزاء المتفاعلة التي تعمل بشكل توافقي لتحقيق بعض الأهداف المرسومة والغايات المدروسة، ومن خصائص هذا النظام أن تكون أجزاءه متألفة ومترابطة ومتناسبة حتى يتمكن هذا النظام من تحقيق أهدافه بشكل سليم. وأن أي خلل في هذا النظام فإنه يؤدي إلى تلاشي عقد النظام وعدم تمكنه من أداء وظائفه.... فنظام المعلومات مكون من الإنسان والحاسوب والبيانات والبرمجيات المستخدمة في معالجتها بهدف إمداد الباحثين والمؤسسة التعليمية بالمعلومات الضرورية واللازمة لها. كما رصد البحث أهم الخصائص التي يجب توفرها في نظم المعلومات، والوقوف عند مفهوم نظم أو أنظمة المعلومات كونها من المفاهيم الحديثة التي جاءت نتيجة تضخم حجم البيانات أو المعلومات، وتطور وسائل الاتصال السلكية واللاسلكية، والحاجة الملحة إلى المعلومات الدقيقة والسريعة لكافة الباحثين والمستخدمين مع بيان عجز وضعف الأنظمة اليدوية التقليدية في إمداد المتعلمين والباحثين بالمعلومات اللازمة التي يحتاجون إليها بالسرعة الممكنة وفي الوقت المناسب. كما رصد البحث أهمية نظم المعلومات وتوسع حقولها المعرفية، لأن العالم الذي نعيش فيـــه تحكمه مجموعة من النظم المختلفة. أما المطلب الثاني فقد تناولت فيه أثر تصنيف نظام تصنيف نظام (ديوي العشري) في الدراسات الأكاديمية والحقول المعرفية بمختلف أنواعها، كما أشرت إلى الأساس العلمي لعمليتي الفهرسة والتصنيف، وبيان الفرق بين هذا النوع من الأنظمة وبين الأنظمة التقليدية. أما المطلب الثالث فقد تكفل ببيان أثر نظم المعلومات في المكتبات من خلال سرعة تداول المعلومات عن طريق النشر الإلكتروني الذي جاء نتيجة للتطور الهائل في نظم المعلومات مما يؤدي إلى توفير وقت وجهد للباحث من خلال سرعة الإرسال والاستلام وسهولة الوصول إلى المعلومة. كذلك أدى التطور في نظم تكنلوجيا المعلومات إلى ظهور المكتبات الرقمية، وإمكانية البحث السريع، كما قارنت بين المكتبات الرقمية والمكتبات التقليدية الورقية وبينت أهم المحاسن والمساوئ في كليهما. كما اهتم البحث بتصنيف بعض المؤلفات حسب نظام ديوي العشري، واستخراج الأرقام الفنية لها، فالرقم الفني يساوي رقم التصنيف على رمز المؤلف مع توضيح أهم النقاط الأساسية في كيفية تصنيف المجلدات أو الكتاب المتعدد الأجزاء، أو الكتاب ذات النسخ المتعددة، أو تصنيف الكتاب المتكون من عدة مؤلفين، أو الكتاب الذي لا يحمل اسم المؤلف وإنما يحمل اسم الوزارة أو النقابة أو المؤسسة أو المركز الثقافي.... إلخ. وانتهى البحث بخاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها في هذا البحث، ثم هوامش البحث ومصادره مرتبة حسب الحروف الهجائية.

This research aims to: Show the impact of information systems and libraries on educational reality, and monitor the problems related to the classification of knowledge materials in other than their specialized field, which leads to the researcher not being able to obtain the necessary. Put an author code for each name information. Which leads to an obstacle to obtaining the book. The research also tries to track the development of information systems and library services in proportion to the increase in the flow of information and its continuous change, as well as revealing the importance of information technology and its impact on the development of libraries and information circulation. I have divided my research into three deman ds, as it ensures the first requirement in defining information systems. The system is a group of interconnected elements or interacting parts that work harmoniously to achieve some set goals and studied goals, and one of the characteristics of this system is that its parts are composed, interconnected and proportionate so that this system can to achieve its objectives properly. And that any defect in this system leads to the failure of the contract of the system and its inability to perform its functions... The information system is made up of humans, computers, data and software used in processing them with the aim of providing researchers and the educational institution with the necessary and necessary information. The research also monitored the most important characteristics that must be available in information systems, and stand at the concept of information systems or systems as it is one of the modern concepts that came as a result of the inflated volume of data or information, the development of wired and wireless means of communication, and the urgent need for accurate and rapid information for all researchers and users with a statement of a deficit And the weakness of traditional manual systems in providing learners and researchers with the necessary information they need as quickly as possible and in a timely manner. The research also monitored the importance of information systems and the expansion of their fields of knowledge, because the world in which we live is governed by a group of different systems. As for the second requirement, I dealt with the effect of classifying the (Dewey Decimal) system in academic studies and various fields of knowledge. I also referred to the scientific basis for the processes of indexing and classification, and the difference between this type of system and the traditional systems. As for the third requirement, it ensured the impact of information systems in libraries through the speed of information circulation through electronic publishing, which came as a result of the tremendous development in information systems, which leads to saving time and effort for the researcher through the speed of sending and receiving and easy access to information.

The development in information technology systems has also led to the emergence of digital libraries, and the ability to quickly search, as well as comparing digital libraries and traditional paper libraries and showing the most important advantages and disadvantages of both. The research also focused on classifying some of the literature according to the Dewey decimal system, and extracting the technical numbers for it. Two authors, or the book that does not bear the name of the author, but bears the name of the ministry, syndicate, institution, cultural center.... etc. The research ended with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important results that I reached in this research, then the margins of the research and its sources arranged according to the alphabet.
