|a هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في اختيار المواهب الشابة في كرة القدم وتوجيهها نحو الفريق المدرسي. تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (31) أستاذا. اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية، وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، للتحليل اعتمدنا الحزمة الإحصائية (spss) والنسب المئوية، وكاف تربيع (كا 2). خلصت الدراسة إلى أن أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وخبرته ومعرفته دورا مهما في اختيار المواهب الشابة في كرة القدم وتوجيهها نحو الفريق المدرسي، وأن توفر المنشآت الرياضية والوسائل، وتنظيم المسابقات والمنافسات الرياضية دورا واضحا ومهما في اختيار المواهب الشابة للعبة كرة القدم وتوجيهها لصالح الفريق المدرسي.
|b The main The study aimed to identify the role played by the teacher of physical and sports education, in selecting young talents in football and guiding them towards the school team.. A sample of (31) of teachers was selected,. They were chosen randomly, and the descriptive approach was followed For the analysis, we adopted the statistical package (spss), percentages, k squared (ka 2).The study concluded that both the experience and knowledge of physical and sports education‘s teacher play an important role in selecting young talents in football and directing them towards the school team., and the organization of sports competitions play a clear and crucial role in selecting young talents for the game of football and guiding them for the benefit of the school team.
