This study aims to test the possibility of using the HEdPERF scale to measure the quality of higher education services in Algeria, and to achieve the goal of the study, data was collected through the distribution of 370 questionnaires to students of Tahri Mohamed-Bechar University Algeria, and the study was conducted, between 2020 and 2022, and out of 370 questionnaires 202 questionnaires were obtained that are amenable to statistical analysis, where my program was used: Spss.V.25 and Smart PLS 3 are in the process of analysis. The study found that the structure of the five factors of the HEdPERF scale can be used to measure the quality of higher education services in Algeria, but after adjusting and adapting to the Algerian environment, based on the indicators of the quality of higher education services in Algeria, and therefore this study is the first of its kind in Algeria that uses the HEdPERF scale to measure the quality of higher education services.
