المستخلص: The importance of distance learning has been highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic, as it allows education to continue even when physical presence is not possible. In today's digital age, having strong digital skills is crucial for success in the job market, especially with the rise of remote work. However, the Ministry of Higher Education faces challenges in transitioning to distance learning, such as the digital divide and the need for learners to adapt to new technologies. To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to develop a strong digital culture by assessing digital literacy and identifying areas for improvement. Our goal is to evaluate the digital culture of students in order to enhance remote learning, which can greatly contribute to personal and national development in the digital era.
