|a يعد نشاط الصحافة الإلكترونية حديث النشأة مقارنة بمثيلتها الورقية، لكنها تحضا باهتمام متزايد في الجزائر بفضل إنشاء عديد الصحف الإلكترونية ومتابعة القراء والمشاهدين لمحتوياتها، إذ تعمل على تزويدهم بأبرز المستجدات، سعيا منها لتحذو حذو الصحافة المحترفة، في عالم متغير تميزه تجاذبات وتقلبات في عديد النواحي مما يتطلب متابعة آنية ومتواصلة، خاصة بعد توالي أزمات مستعصية لها انعكاسات متعددة على حياة المجتمعات أبرزها أزمة وباء كورونا، والتي تميزت مواجهتها بتضافر جهود مؤسساتية وتسخير وسائل مادية وإشراك المواطن كفاعل أساسي قصد استجابته لمتطلبات المرحلة بمخاطبته عبر وسائل الإعلام وأبرزها الصحف الإلكترونية، بهدف التقليل من حدة الأزمة وتجنب انسياقه خلف الشائعات والأخبار الكاذبة بتقديم أخبار ومعلومات صحيحة سعيا منها لتسهم بدورها كوسيط الإتصالي خدمة للصحة العامة مما يجعلنا نطرح الإشكالية: ما أفاق الصحافة الإلكترونية وما يمكن أن تقدمه خدمة للاتصال الصحي المؤسساتي في الجزائر؟ وتهدف الدراسة إلى بحث آفاق الصحافة الإلكترونية خدمة للاتصال الصحي المؤسساتي من خلال قراءة في المفاهيم واستشراف أفاقها الواعدة.
|b The emergence of electronic press in Algeria is relatively recent when compared to its traditional print counterpart. However, it has been gaining significant attention due to the launch of numerous electronic press platforms and a growing readership and viewership base. Electronic press provides a means for people to stay informed about current events and strives to become a professional news source in a dynamically changing world marked by shifts, distances, and reversals on multiple fronts. This demands vigilant event monitoring, especially in the wake of challenging crises, such as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which profoundly impacted various aspects of daily life. To address this crisis, it required a coordinated institutional effort, mobilizing substantial resources and actively engaging citizens as key participants. Electronic press serves as one of the vital channels of communication to ensure that the public comprehends the evolving health situation and minimizes the spread of rumors and false information. This raises the following crucial questions: What are the future prospects of electronic press, and how can it enhance institutional health communication in Algeria?
