|a يحكم اللغة العربية نظام ثابت يعرف بقواعد اللغة، وهذا النظام عندما يتقيد به المتكلم يمكن أن يخرج إلى الاستعمال اللغوي دون أن يطرأ عليه تغيير، ويمكن أن يعتريه تحويل لعدة أسباب، فيدخل هذا التحويل أو التغيير ضمن ما يعرف بظاهرة العدول عن الأصل، وهذه الظاهرة كثيرا ما نجد مظاهرها في تفاسير القرآن الكريم، مثل تفسير "التحرير والتنوير" لمحمد الطاهر بن عاشور الذي تناولناه بالدراسة من خلال هذا المقال، إذ اخترنا سورة البقرة كأنموذج بهدف استخراج مظاهر العدول عن الأصل مع توضيح كيفية تعليل الطاهر بن عاشور للتغييرات التي تطرأ على بنية الكلمة وتركيب الجملة، وخلصنا إلى كون الإعلال والإدغام من مظاهر العدول عن الأصل في المستوى الإفرادي، أما في المستوى التركيبي فتمثلت مظاهر العدول عن الأصل في التقديم والتأخير والحذف.
|b The Arabic language is ruled by a fixed system, known as the linguistic rules. When the speaker strictly follows this system, it can be shifted to the linguistic use without any change as it can be changed for several reasons, which known as the phenomenon of violating the rule. This phenomenon aspects are so common in Quran interpretations like Mohammed Ettahre Ben Achour’s interpretation “Liberation and enlightenment”, which is studied through this article. We’ve chosen Surat Albaqara, as a sample, for extracting out the violation aspects with clarifying the way Ettahre Ben Achour justifies the changes occurring in the word structure and the sentence syntax. We’ve concluded with the fact that vowels and stress are among the violation aspects, at the singular level, whereas at the syntactic level, the words displacement and omission are among the violation aspects.
