المستخلص: ترسخ في أذهان بعض الباحثين أن علم البلاغة ضعيف الحضور في مؤلفات الأندلسيين، ويحاول هذا البحث مناقشة توظيف البلاغة وتحديدا علم المعاني في تفسير آيات الطلاق من سورة البقرة من خلال تفسير البحر المحيط لأبي حيان الأندلسي، وهو كتاب اشتهر وذاع صيته في مجال التفسير اللغوي، وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. في المقدمة تم تناول أهمية الموضوع وهدفه ومنهجه والدراسات السابقة، وفي المبحث الأول تعرض البحث لسيرة أبي حيان وحياته وكيف تأثر بالحياة الأندلسية، وفي المبحث الثاني تناول البحث مقاصد سورة البقرة من خلال تسميتها وموضوعاتها، وفي المبحث الثالث تناول البحث بشيء من التفصيل أثر علم المعاني في تفسير آيات الطلاق وكيف وظفه أبو حيان. أهمية البحث: يتناول البحث تفسيرا مشهورا تميز بالتعمق في البحث اللغوي نحوا وبلاغة. أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على الجهد البلاغي في تفسير البحر المحيط. الكشف عن علم المعاني في تفسير البحر المحيط بيان منهج أبي حيان في تناول وتطبيق علم المعاني في آيات الطلاق من سورة البقرة. منهج البحث: منهج الاستقراء الجزئي والمنهج التحليلي. وقد خلص البحث لجملة من النتائج ظهر فيها الاهتمام الكبير لأبي حيان بالدرس البلاغي وخصوصا علم المعاني وحرصه على توظيف هذا العلم في تفسيره.

It has become firmly established in the minds of some researchers that the science of rhetoric is weakly present in the writings of the Andalusians, For this this research attempts to discuss the use of rhetoric, specifically Eilm almaeani, in interpreting the divorce verses in Surat Al-Baqarah through the interpretation of Al-Bahr Al-Muhit by Abu Hayyan Al-Andalusi, which is a book that became famous and widely known in the field of linguistic interpretation. The research came in an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. In the introduction, the importance of the topic, its purpose, its approach, and previous studies were discussed. In the first section, it presented the biography of Abu Hayyan and his life and how he was influenced by Andalusian life. In the second section, the research dealt with the purposes of Surat Al-Baqarah through its name and topics. In the third section, Importance of the Research: The research addresses a well-known interpretation distinguished by its depth in linguistic study, both in grammar and rhetoric. Objectives of the Research: The research aims to: highlight the rhetorical effort in the interpretation of "Al-Bahr Al-Muhit." Reveal the science of meanings in the interpretation of "Al-Bahr Al-Muhit." Clarify Abu Hayyan's methodology in addressing and applying the science of meanings in the verses of divorce from Surah Al-Baqarah. Research Methodology: The methodology includes partial induction and analytical methods. it dealt with Discussing in some detail the impact of the science of meanings in interpreting divorce verses, and how Abu Hayyan employed it.
