المستخلص: The researchers indicate that the traditional philosophy is divided into three main types: the Anthology which deals with the field of Existence; the Epistemology which deals with knowledge and finally the axiology which tackles the values. The last one is subdivided into three essential values namely: right, good and beauty. The scholars in the field of philosophy know that the above mentioned values contain three sciences: logic, ethics and beauty. The majority of scholars think the Aristoteles is the founder of Ethics in spite of the fact the Socrates and Plato had preceded him in this field. Aristoteles is considered as the philosopher who founded a determined science in its object and method. This is not the only reason but there is another reason which is the mixture between Ethics which represents the human behavior and the Epistemology which represents the reason directing that behavior. This makes Aristoteles as the center of admiration by the scholars and an objective for their writings and researches. If we have a glance to the philosophical studies of Aristoteles we will discover that it is divided into two categories: theoretical and practical. Ethics is classified within the practical category. The function of this science is to discover the contents of knowledge which is achieved for ethical goodness and the good life needed. This is closely related to the prevailing civil order in the state under which man lives. The validity of this order is related to the ethics of the individuals who constitute the state.
