This study aims to know the impact of digitization on the performance of teaching staff at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences at the University of Jijel, where we relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire as a main tool for the study, we distributed it to the community Professors of the Faculty conducted the study. The study concluded that there is an impact of the dimensions of digitization on the performance of faculty members due to the dimension of spreading the culture of digitization and digital transformation. The study recommends that the authorities responsible for the digitization strategy at the university give great importance to the human resources as it is the basic for development and innovation and is responsible for applying the principles of digitization, in addition to improving and developing the infrastructure, clarifying the legal dimensions and educating the relevant parties at the university in this aspect.
