|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف القيم الإنسانية المتضمنة في منهاج رياض الأطفال التطوري في الأردن واستقصائها باستخدام أداة التحليل في ضوء أنموذج شوارتز للقيم الإنسانية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي (أسلوب تحليل المحتوى)، واشتملت عينة التحليل على الإطار العام لمناهج رياض الأطفال، ووثائق المنهاج التطوري. أظهرت النتائج أن عدد النتاجات الخاصة في الإطار العام للمنهاج التي تضمنت قيما قد بلغ (166) نتاجا، موزعة كالآتي: المحافظة (64.5 %)، سمو الذات (16.9 %)، الانفتاح على التغيير (9.6 %)، إذكاء الذات (9.0 %). كما أظهرت النتائج أن مجموع تكرار القيم الإنسانية في المنهاج التطوري بلغ (705) تكرارا موزعة كالآتي: المحافظة (56.2 %)، سمو الذات (27.9 %)، الانفتاح على التغيير (9.9 %)، إذكاء الذات (6.0 %). وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بتضمين مزيد من القيم الإنسانية في المنهاج التطوري مثل قيم الإثارة والتحفيز والجرأة والرضا والطموح والسلام، واستخدام هذه النتائج كأساس لبرنامج تربوي يعتني بتنمية القيم الإنسانية لدى الأطفال في الفئة العمرية 5 -6 سنوات.
|b This study aimed at identifying the human values included in the developmental kindergarten curriculum in Jordan and investigating them using the analysis tool in light of Schwartz model of human values. The study used the descriptive analytical method (content analysis technique). The analysis’s sample included both the general framework of the kindergarten curricula and the developmental curriculum’s documents. The results showed that the number of special outcomes that included values was (166) outcomes, distributed according to the value categories in the study tool as follows: conservatism (64.5 %), self-transcendence (16.9 %), openness-to-change (9.6 %), and self-stimulation (9.0 %). The results also showed that total frequency of human values in the developmental curriculum was (705), distributed as follows: conservatism (56.2 %), self-transcendence (27.9 %), openness-to-change (9.9 %), and self stimulation (6.0 %). In light of results, the study recommended the inclusion of more human values in the developmental curriculum, such as: stimulation, daring, accepting my portion in life, ambition and a world at peace values, and to use these results as a basis for an educational program that takes care of human values’ development among children in the age group 5- 6 years.
